Eenvoudig, klein appartement gelegen bij de Ramblas, de populaire Boquería markt. Het appartement biedt één tweepersoons slaapkamer en een slaapbank in de woonkamer. Smalle ingang van het toilet. Appartement voor degenen die willen van het bruisende leven (dag en nacht) van Barcelona te genieten. Bienvenido a Barcelona!

Oui magnifique séjour. Beaucoup de choses à voir dans cette ville, il est aisé de circuler et on est bien renseigné. En plus, beau temps …
En part ça, l’appartement pour 2, globalement bien.
Les plus :
· Surface suffisante (pour 2) ;
· Bonne literie ;
· Bien placé géographiquement ;
· Cuisine bien équipée ;
· Bon accueil
· Accueil bien organisé d’un point de vue horaire et contact
Les moins (y a toujours des petites choses à revoir J) :
· Pas assez lumineux. Du fait qu’il se trouve dans une rue étroite, le soleil a du mal à entrer. Donc on s’attend à une disposition des lumières plus judicieuse … des ampoules plus puissantes pour les appliques seraient déjà un plus ;
· Glace salle de bain un peu basse, pourtant je ne suis pas un basketteur ! Une dizaine de cm plus haut serait mieux ;
· WC étroit. Mais ça difficile d’améliorer !

Bij aankomst werden we ontvangen door de eigenaar, lief vrouwtje.
Je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt en er waren zelfs wat kleine boodschappen aanwezig, zoals suiker, thee, koffie.
Bedden (1bed en 1 bedabank) sliepen ook goed.
Heel leuk appartementje, heel centraal gelegen!
Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad!

... Avec une plutôt bonne surprise pour les toilettes dans lesquel j avais un peu peur de ne pas rentrer avec mes 130 kg et bien si !!! Lol je ne vous dit pas que ç étais bysance lol mais ça allait ;)
Côté bruit nous avons eu une nuit un peu bruyante les autres ca allait ...
Côté bebe ce n est pas un lit tel qu on a l habitude en France c est plutôt un parc mais Mon fils de 7 mois s y est tout de suite senti bien ...
Pas de chaise haute mais notre poussette a fait l affaire en plus la monter sur deux étages nous a fait de belles fessés :) ...
Non vraiment conforme en tout point aux commentaires avec une super logeuse souriante disponible et multilingue ...

The market is a stones throw away and the choice of eateries is mind blowing!
We spent a week here and had a great adventure!
Carla was very patient meeting us on arrival as we got a little lost she went out of her way to find us and take us to the apartment!
There are a lot of steps up to the flat and if you're a light sleeper take some ear plugs as the neighbouring nightlife and general rubbish clearing etc goes on well into the early hours!
Great views from the balcony and just watching the world go by! Worth booking fast track tickets to the attractions online before you fly out to avoid queueing also buy a Barcelona card for travel tickets and discounts or a multi trip metro ticket.
Wifi is available at most cafes and restaurants just ask for code
We would def return ❤️
Great communication throughout the entire process. Carla was most pleasant and warmly greeted us which was very reassuring.
For the area (being so central to everything) the price was good for the apartment.
Would def use Cocoon again.

Les doubles vitrages et la climatisation offent un grand confort en plein centre.
Seul hic, les WC sont vraiment vraiment très étroits, un coiloir de 85 cm de large. Le préciser sur le site.
A part cela tout correspondait à notre attente.

Because of this, it is incredibly noisy due to people roaming the streets until the very early hours and also the nightly street-cleaning and rubbish collection. At times I felt like I was 'sleeping' on a building site and found the flat much quieter during the day than at night.
If you're a heavy sleeper or happy using earplugs then the apartment is clean and fairly well-equipped with aircon, microwave, TV, and even a washing machine -- although it has to be said we felt absolutely lost without Wi-Fi and the local bar's range didn't extend beyond its walls. A hairdryer would have also come in handy and some spare rolls of toilet paper!!
Carla, who checked us in and out, was friendly and helpful, and, overall, the apartment was good value-for-money given the location.

The neighborhood is vivid as it is directly in the city center, but exactly as we wished. If the windows were closed (AC works fine), it was quite silent. Countless good restaurants, Tapas Bars, Bars etc. are in the direct vicinity. All attractions of Barcelona city are in walking distance. Otherwise biking rental stations are nearby or the good subway system at Placa Catalunya.

De vrouw die ons heeft ingecheckt was heel hartelijk. Halverwege de week heeft ze nog schoon linnen bij ons gebracht en we hebben zelfs met haar kunnen afspreken dat we de laatste dag langer gebruik konden maken van het appartement i.v.m. onze late vlucht.
Wij hebben echt een super vakantie gehad en zouden een volgende keer weer gebruik maken van deze accommodatie.
Zeer tevreden. Boeking is soepel verlopen. Verder contact is niet noodzakelijk geweest.

c'était ma 2è expérience avec Cocoon Barcelona. En 2009 nous avions trouvé un logement rue de la Blanqueria : logement entièrement rénové, propre, fonctionnel, beau dans sa décoration sobre, et agréable. Le rapport qualité-prix était excellent!
L'appartement la Boqueria est plus beau sur les photos qu'en réalité ( photos trompeuses donc! )
La "chambre " est un recoin étroit , mais le matelas était excellent!
Le pire, ce sont les Toilettes! un couloir de 48cm de large à l'entrée et 53cm à l'emplacement des WC : impossible de s'en servir quand on est un peu "ronde" et ce n'était pas précisé dans le descriptif! Inacceptable! Donc prix élevé pour la qualité du service.Dommage.
Je suis allée visiter cet appartement et ai demandé à la propriétaire d'améliorer la décoration par des éléments de couleur et plus d'éclairage.

The Neighborhood is good even as the Welcome. Supermarket is nearby: Carrefour at the Ramblas. Thereby we had a very good bicycle rental named Clement Johnson. http://www.barcelonaholidaybici.com/
The communication before and during my stay was good. Price/quality offer was okay. Website was clear and the booking process was smoothly.
The owner has solved the problem in the shower, which now works correctly.
We are happy to know that despite this little inconvenient you've had a great stay in Barcelona and the apartment and its location met your expectations.

Die sehr zentrale Lage macht Sie zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für viele Touren durch die Stadt. Ueber die nahgelegene Metrostation kommt man schnell zu allen gewünschten Orten (Barcelonecard sollte man unbedingt kaufen).

We were greeted by Julie on our arrival. She could not have been more helpful a really nice girl.
We were checked out by John, again a really nice guy. We hope to return soon to Barcelona and would like to use this apartment. Another plus was being able to leave our cases at the Cocoon offices at no cost on our day of departure as we had a late flight home. Again very pleasant staff.

It is quaint and picturesque, the graffitis on the building door, the steep staircase then the green door and inside a cosy safe place.
