Die Unterkunft liegt wie beschrieben sehr zentral, alles ist innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichbar, falls ich wieder einen Ausflug nach Barcelona plane, mit mehreren Personen, kann ich mir sehr gut vorstellen erneut im Gotico Duplex 1 unterzukommen.

It was great. Lots of room. We had 5 people in our party but you could have 8 comfortably. Big kitchen. Nice living room. Two issues. No bathroom on bottom floor where 6 people can sleep. Only 2 sleep on main floor and that is where both bathrooms were. There were two room air conditioners that had to run constantly in order to keep the apartment from being hot. It was still warm and the air conditioners made a bit of noise.

On était 8 amis et on a passé un excellent moment dans cet appartement !!! Hyper spacieux, bien aménagé, tout ce qu'il faut !! Juste deux petits points "négatifs": pour 3 nuits le manque de lumière c'est vraiment pas un soucis mais pour plus longtemps c'est un peu pesant je pense. Dommage que la super jolie salle de bain donne carrément sur le lit parce que quand on est 8 à passer à la douche on ne peut pas la laisser à un copain !!!

Geweldig appartement met zeer luxe uitrustingsniveau. De zeer centrale ligging op korte loopafstand van Gotico, El Born en het strand doen vergeten dat er geen daglicht is.

Le top pour un week end fete ,manque de lumiere pour une semaine (par de fenetre sur la rue )pas tres bien isolé non plus mais bon ,barcelone n'est pas un ville pour le repos ,tres grand ,haut de gamme .

Facile,rapide ,pratique ,proche centre ramblas ,proche parking privé 30 euro par jour .superbe appart !

Facile à réserver, facile à contacter sur place. L'appartement est très sympa. Voisins en dessus sont un peu bruyantes. L'appartement entièrement correspond à son description, ce qui est très bien - pas de mauvais surprises ni déception.

The accommodation was lovely - the only few complaints I would have is the 'darkness'and no natural daylight - no toilets down in the basements where the bedrooms were!you definitely need shoes/slippers climbing up the steel stairwell in the early hours of the morning to the loo!

Merci tout d'abord à la personne qui nous a acceuillie au début et à la fin de notre sejour pour sa gentillesse et à ses efforts pour repondre à nos attentes malgré la barriere de la langue.
l'appartement correspondait bien aux photos ( le coté déco et l'espace nous a beaucoup plu )
Éclairage insuffisant notamment à la "cave" (sous sol ).

Very nice appartment, spacious accomodation with good facilities although no natural light so a bit dark. 5 mins from las ramblas and port but immediate surrounding area not very nice ( dark alleys).

The apartment was a great mix of old world (gothis lookig exposed brickwork) and modern (Flat screen TV - great kitchen/batroom etc.) Great apartment.

The location is very good in that you are only a few minutes stroll from La Rambla and the marina and port area. Access to other areas very easy via metro/taxi etc. This was a family holiday and we would have needed 3 hotel rooms because of the age of my kids. This would have been very impersonal and difficult when returning from a day out when we wanted to chill out and relax together. It would also have been expensive in that we could have food, drinks etc in apartment if we wanted.

Gottico Duplex 1 exceeded our expectations.
We rented a different apartment from a different agency last year and found that accommodation to be much shabbier than the photos represented and we were concerned that this might be the case with Gottico Duplex 1.
Thankfully this was not the case.
Gottico Duplex 1 was even nicer than the photos showed. The furniture was clean, comfortable and attractive.
The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean and very nice. We appreciated them being changed midweek. The kitchen was beautifully appointed. We have rented many condos and this kitchen was equipped better than any other. The appliances worked perfectly. The glassware was ample for 5 people (champagne flutes, wine glasses and tumblers). A Christmas table cloth with napkins for 10 was included (freshly laundered and ironed). I was very impressed.
The location was terrific and the apartment was quiet. We were very comfortable.
