The Gothic area is a very friendly, clean and quite area.
The apartment was very nice and clean. Not that big, but it had all the necessary things. The best was without doubt the roof terrace - sun from 9am to 8pm. The terrace is almost as big as the apartment, so if you don't want to go to the beach, you can easily enjoy the sun there.
It was so easy to book the apartment, and Maria who was our contact person and the one who delivered the key to us, was very friendly and nice. We could always call her, if we needed help.
The price was fair for the apartment. The big roof terrace was worth it all!

it was great enjoying a bit of the beautiful morning sun on our terrace.
the place was clean and basic - just what u need for a short trip to fabulous barcelona.
the furniture on the terrace is about to break, it would be great to have it repaired in the near future. but besides that everything was great.
the neighbourhood in the gothic quarter is just great.
little bars, restaurants and shops everywhere.
also we felt safe walking around at night.
the harbour and beach are in walking distance and it's easy to get to different sights from the apartment.
i'd definitely recommend the apartment and staying in the gothic quarter of barcelona.

Die Wohnung ist super- besonders die Dachterrasse. Toller Ausgangspunkt zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und nur 2 Minuten zum Hafen. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es ruhig.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Groot terras, waar echter s'nachts wel eens wat lawaai van feestvierders kon zijn.

The person who greeted us was friendly and we felt welcome as soon as we arrived.
The location of the apartment is fantastic very near to everything. Since the apartment is at the top of the building you don't get noise from the streets. The terrace was great! My boyfriend and I ate breakfast here in the sun and had a drink on the terrace at night. Complete sun trap! Although the apartment is basic it has everything you need for a holiday, we stayed from the 9th of June for 10 days.
Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The studio is basic, but is fit for purpose if you plan to be out exploring. The roof terrace is a great little bonus for a sunny breakfast or a last drink before bed. Yes, the bathroom is small, but it still works.
I will definitely return to this studio and have recommended it to a number of friends since returning home.

Le logement est autonome (appartement) donc l'accueil est sommaire mais sympathique (remise des clés et rapide présentation, mais il n'y a pas de "réception"). Le point fort est une belle terrasse bien exposée d'environ 30 m² quasiment sans vis-à-vis, avec vue sur les toits du quartier. La climatisation fonctionne bien.
Une petite déception : le Wifi fonctionnait très bien à l'entrée de l'immeuble, mais on ne parvenait plus à s'y connecter une fois dans le logement.
La literie manque sans doute un peu de fermeté, et de "discrétion".

As central as can be, on the sunny roof of a house in a narrow quiet street. Max. 10 minutes walk to the subway (Jaime 1), the main cathedral, the Maria del Mar cathedral, the Picasso Museum, the water, La Rambla. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The terrace is wonderful. The place is charming. The charme includes somewhat wobbly furniture on the terrace and a pretty narrow bathroom. (But the bed is good, not worn out.) It just feels good to be there.
Welcome was easy and friendly.

Cartier très vivant, de jour comme de nuits ou se trouvent de nombreux restaurants et bars à tapas, ou l'on peut découvrir le vrai Barcelone.

En ce qui concerne l'appartement les photos le mettent un peu trop en valeur et il n'affiche pas un haut standing mais il reste très correct et très propre. Petit bémol également avec les toilettes qui sont à côté de la douche juste séparée par le rideau de douche et le manque de bols pour le Ptit déj.
Je recommande tout de même cet appartement.

Le Gotic Suite 6 est un petit appartement avec terrasse idéalement situé dans le centre historique. Nous avons informé le proprio concernant le lit qui grince, ainsi que pour les lampes de lectures. Nous espérons qu'il les prendra en considération!
Concernant le WiFi, cet appartement n'en dispose pas, comme indiqué dans la fiche technique.

Check-ins are from 3pm and we are sorry to hear that the cleaner didn´t finish to prepair the apartment on time. We understand that this was a poor first impression.
As the Gotic Suite 6 is a studio all the equipment and furniture are in the same room. It´s therefore normal that you hear the fridge cooling itself every couple of time.
We are happy to read that the contact person welcomed you warmly and explained you everything about the neighbourhood. We hope you enjoyed Barcelona!

Un souci, le froid au niveau du sol...évidemment c'est la faute au temps mais le chauffage ne se répartis pas dans toute la pièce, juste en hauteur. Il aurait été parfait d'avoir une connexion internet.

Das Apartment ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet.
Allerdings der Aufzug ist nichts für Menschen mit Platzangst! Er ist wirklich sehr eng, aber er ist vorhanden und dass ist schon sehr angenehm wenn man ins Dachgeschoss mit Gepäck möchte.
Wir empfehlen dieses Apartment gerne weiter.

Leider gibt es keine WiFi (was aber in der ganzen Stadt nicht so einfach ist).

Overall this apartment is great value for money and I'd stay here again. My only criticism is the shower was a pain to hold whilst trying to soap yourself up. It could do with being attached to the wall - leaving your hands free to have a good shower!
But yes - I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a value for money stay in this fantastic city!
