Estoy muy contenta por haber pasado mi estancia en Barcelona en este apartamento! El piso es tal y como se ve en las fotos, grande, cómodo, muy bien equipado y limpio.
La localización no podria ser mejor, en pleno centro, a 10 minutos caminando de plaza Catalunya y 5 min de la catedral.
El recibimiento y el check out han sido muy buenos, adaptádose a mi horario de salida, y muy atentos a la hora de atenderme, aunque no precisé de ayuda por ninguna incidencia. La única desventaja que podría encontrar si acaso sería que no hay ascensor, pero es lo habitual en los edificios de esta zona, y así se hace ejercicio diario jajaj.
MUY recomendable!

Location of the apartment was perfect. Fantastic neighborhood where walking is simple a pleasure. We walked everywhere taking in all the sights and shops.
Supermarkets abounded and we shopped at both main markets as we were in Barcelona for a month. Food: excellent.
Port Vell and beach area were great to visit, Have lunch and just sit around watching the world stroll by.
The apartment was Spartan, need a bit of color, some art on the walls perhaps. Elderly folks may have a problem with climbing the stairs.
Communication with Cocoon Barcelona staff was excellent. Booking was flawless. Any assistance required was handled professionally. Adriana was especially helpful with our airline boarding passes.

We had a very good stay at the appartment. It is situated in a central location. There is no traffic in the street and the room to sleep is at the back so not much noise at night. The accommodation is clean and everything is available. We look forward to come back once.

fantastic apartment great area, very spacious with a huge bedroom. Josep was very welcoming and friendly and helped us carry our large cases up stairs.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé, très agréable et bien équipé. Le propriétaire est accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service en acceptant par exemple de nous laisser l appartement jusqu'à l heure de notre depart en fin d après midi. Seul bémol rue animée le soir ce qui peut gêner légèrement si on dort dans le salon. Merci beaucoup, on reviendra.

Apartment was roomy, clean and comfortably furnished. Kitchen facilities allowed for cooking etc although during our stay there was no hot water to kitchen sink and the washer dryer did not dry (which was a bit of an issue when our clothes were wet from the wash and we had little options to get them dry - clothesline above the street with small number of pegs). Welcome was friendly and on time. Metro is a great way to get around with many stations. Plenty of little supermarkets close by.

Perfekte Unterkunft in Barcelona! Super zentral gelegen in einer Seitengasse in der Nähe des Hafens und der Ramblas, vieles ist fussläufig erreichbar. In der Nähe befinden sich viele Geschäfte, Bars, Supermärkte... Die Wohnung ist mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet, sogar mit einer Waschmaschine... Die Begrüßung/Verabschiedung des Vermieters war sehr nett, wir konnten sogar länger bleiben, da unser Flieger erst abends ging... Wir empfehlen euch gern weiter! :-)
P.S. In der Nacht die Fenster zumachen, wir hatten Mücken...

L'appartement est situé à 5mn de marche du port et d'une station de métro. Petit market à 50m où l'on trouve de tout. Localisation parfaite dans le "Barri Gotic". La porte fenêtre pourrait être un peu mieux isolée du bruit et le sommier un peu plus qualitatif mais c'est vraiment mineur. L'équipement est suffisant pour finalement n'y passer que les nuits. A recommander sans problème!!!Oui, satisfait,surement avec Cocoon pour un autre séjour et le même appartement.

Die Lage war sehr zentral, wir hatten Platz genug und bis auf wenige Stunden in der Nacht auch unsere Ruhe.
Der Empfang war freundlich und flexibel, es gab keine Probleme bei der Kaution.
