Piccolo e accogliente monolocale situato nel quartiere Gotico, a soli 50m dalle celebri Ramblas. Decorazione originale e mobili di qualità, tra cui un divano-letto in ferro battuto del xix secolo (1,80 x 1,60). Cucina moderna, bagno con doccia, aria condizionata e wifi. Un posto incantevole per la tua vacanza nel centro storico di Barcellona!

Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile sia nell'accoglierci che per tutto il nostro soggiorno, potevamo contattarlo in ogni momento.
Per quanto riguarda il quartiere, l'appartamento si trova proprio a due passi dalla Rambla quindi più in centro di così è impossibile ;) nonostante questo è molto silenzioso e tranquillo poichè si trova all'interno di un condominio e non sentivamo confusione anche per dormire, nella via ci sono moltissimi negozi e posti dove mangiare (il supermercato è a due minuti, sempre sulla Rambla).
Inoltre le transazioni che sono avvenute durante la prenotazione sono state ottime, hanno risposto a tutte le nostre domande in modo velocissimo, veramente un'organizzazione perfetta!
Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti e se avrò occasione (spero) di tornare a Barcellona sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo questo appartamento!

Opmerking: Je moet wel een aantal trappen op om bij het appartement te komen, dus als je niet goed ter been bent is dit misschien niet ideaal. Er is namelijk geen lift!
Lokale tips:
- Doe boodschappen bij de Carrefour op de Ramblas en niet bij kleine supermarktjes in kleine straatjes, die kleine supermarkten zijn namelijk ongelooflijk duur en er is ook veel minder aanbod dan in de enorme Carrefour.
- Het restaurant "La Pome" zit op de Ramblas aan dezelfde kant als de Carrefour maar dan nog iets meer richting Placa Catalunya. Het is een heel leuk restaurant met veel ruimte en ze hebben overheerlijke pizza's en tapas.
-Op de hoek van de straat aan de Ramblas zit een bar/restaurant ("Patagonia") waar het 's avonds erg gezellig is (vooral veel jongeren).
- Als je geen auto of scooter hebt, huur dan fietsen. Er zijn steeds meer fietspaden in Barcelona en het is een hele handige manier om naar bezienswaardigheden te gaan die in de buurt liggen. Wij hebben ze gehuurd bij "Budget Bikes", wat gerund wordt door een Nederlander.
Wij hadden een late vlucht en dus ook een late check-in. We hebben de eigenaar van het appartement zelf helemaal niet gezien en dat voelde toch een beetje vreemd. Onze buurman (en een goede vriend van Jeff) heeft ons het appartement in gelaten en alles uitgelegd. Dit is prima verlopen. We hebben wel contact gehad met Jeff via de telefoon en als we vragen hadden kon hij ons altijd helpen.

L'appartement est petit mais très propre et fonctionnel. Il est au 3ème étage et il y a beaucoup de marches alors je ne le conseille pas à une personne âgée ou quelqu'un ayant des limitations physiques.
Le propriétaire est très gentil et disponible pour répondre à toutes les questions et/ou besoins. Le rapport qualité/prix en vaut définitivement le coût.
Bref je recommande vraiment cet appartement!

Très bien situé, agréable, propriétaire sympathique.
La seule petite remarque négative : mauvaise isolation sonore avec l'appartement adjacent du même propriétaire (les autres locataires faisaient beaucoup de bruit la nuit et on les entendait fort)

The apartment was on the top floor with like a million stairs to climb. I do not advice to be rented to anyone with breathing problem, older than 35 years and definitely not a pregnant woman or physically challenged individual.
All in all, it was a great accommodation. Location is FANTASTIC. I will rent from you again this June when I am back in Barcelona.

Zeer vlak bij het Ramblas dus alles lopend te berijken ( winkels, bushaltes, metro, supermarkt)
Aanrader is de stad rondvartenbus te pakken, men kan op en afstappen en alles rustig bekijken.
De communicatie was uitstekend, het appartement was snel gereserveerd en de reservering spontaan bevestigt.
Het appartement was net als op de website beschreven, netjes, voldoend ruimte voor 2 volwassene, wij waren zeer tevreden !

Sehr vorteilhaft auch der Internetzugang. WiFi funktionierte klaglos. Sat-TV
ist zwar vorhanden, funktionierte aber nicht, aber warum auch Fernsehen in
Barcelona?
Wir werden diese Wohnung wieder mieten und auch weiterempfehlen.
