Excellent spacious apartment in the nicest main street in Barcelona. It has plenty of light in all rooms, windows that open onto nice small terraces and very comfortable beds! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Due to a terrible flight cancellation and long delay, we arrive in the very early hours of the morning, to a smiling and welcoming Mat, who made us feel welcome and at home immediately. All the information we needed for the area and for Barcelona was provided on arrival and Mat was always available to us.
The apartment itself is stunning and had all the facilities of a 5* home. We were thrilled with our stay. Thanks again.

We were extremely happy with the apartment and can say that it totally exceeded our expectations. It is clean, well designed and very classy. The location is superb. Mat was very welcoming and got us settled right away. He told us about eating at Paco Meralgo, which we highly recommend.

First of all, having arrived at near midnight, we were warmly welcomed by Mathieu at the apartment who took time to show us around and explained how everything worked and even made sure our family of 7 had enough beds, sheets and blankets. He pointed me to directions of nearest mini market, resto, and provided highlights of the neighborhood.

The apartment is in the middle of a upclass neighborhood, and within walking distance of luxurious shopping streets, iconic buildings, Markets, pubs, restaurants. My kids particularly enjoyed the Creperie and Bakery (24/7) downstairs! Taxis and public transport all within few min walk.

Loved the printed book in the apartment which has recommendation and description on restaurants, sightseeing etc

Mathieu or his assistant were easily contactable and responsive.

The appartement is great, spacious and full of light. Consider a lot of noise at night coming from the street traffic. This is less the case in the main bedroom.

Heerlijk ruim appartement, schoon, netjes en op een super locatie!!
Heerlijke plek om een tijd te verblijven, weekend, week.
Fijn gebouw met lift en in het bruisende gedeelte van de stad, dichtbij Plaça Catalunya.
Erg tevreden over de ontvangst direct bij aankomst in het appartement en uitleg over waar alles te vinden. Zelf babybedje aanwezig, erg fijn!

Our experience with cocoon was brilliant. The apartment was exactly as represented, very comfortable for 4 people in February. Safe location, close to everything, excellent host. Highly recommend.
Booking was instant, instructions clear and thorough, and able to use PayPal for deposit.
Mat was very friendly, gave us lots of helpful hints, and helped us when we left.

Votre appartement est vraiment très agréable pour un séjour en famille et est équipé de tout ce que l 'on peut avoir besoin lors du séjour. Petit bémol : mal isolé sur le plan phonique, il y a du bruit sur la rambla la nuit. Malgré tout, nous gardons un bon souvenir de notre séjour, l'appartement étant très bien situé.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, Gaststätten und Geschäfte (auch kleiner Supermarkt) in unmittelbarer Nähe (nebenan). Die Altstadt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Rückfragen wurden sofort beantwortet.

Negativ:
Es können nur spanische Fernsehprogramme empfangen werden. Deshalb Ausstattung nur "gut" und nicht "ausgezeichnet"..

Am Donnerstag letzter Woche eröffnete in dem Haus eine Bäckerei. Dadurch kam es in der Folgezeit in dem darüberliegenden Schlafraum zu unangenehmen Geruchsbelästigungen, insbesondere auch nachts.

Great apartment, very centrally located and easy to find. Conveniently located near the airport bus stop at Place Catalunya. Very central for restaurants, shops and places of interest.

It was spacious, comfortable and secure - we were a party of 7 and had lots of room.

The gentleman who greeted us was extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage before the official check in time.

I would definitely recommend.

L'appartamento è eccezionale. C'è da dire che noi lo abbiamo preso a metà prezzo altrimenti non lo avremmo preso. In posizione ideale, grande, luminoso e ricco di accessori.

Cocoon é precisa cordiale e puntuale. Prezzi alti per il nostro budget ma gli appartamenti sono senza dubbio di valore.

We were a company of 6 friends sharing the apartment. All of us very content, the apartment had everything we needed. Excellent ubication and surprisingly quiet, even during weekend.
There's a mini supermarket within 150 metres, you don't have to go further to get essential things.
Excellent spanish restaurant a block away that I'd like to recommend: Ciudad Comtal. Very popular, of course, but you'll be rewarded to choose this.

We have just stayed five nights in this fabulously located apartment in central Barcelona. I picked this location on Rambla de Catalunya because it was slightly out of the main busy area. This apartment is wonderful, with everything needed and more for two adults and two children. it is modern, secure, very spacious, fresh, spotless, with all facilities. There are great shops, cafes nearby. There is stunning street outlooks from each window. It is light and airy. There is nice air-conditioning in a couple of rooms. It was so easy to relax in this apartment after a day out. We also had brilliant weather during our stay. The company Cocoon apartments were very easy to deal with, no hassles. A bit noisy at night but has double glaze windows. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful apartment in the heart of Barcelona. The kitchens and bathrooms are well appointed, and the bedrooms and lounge are spacious and very comfortable. This apartment made our stay in Barcelona a very memorable one, and I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment.

The stay was excellent and Matt's advice on eating and Barcelona appreciated. The transfer with Sun Transfers was prompt and efficient and the location was marvellous. Well placed for Gaudi and walking but with good metro links.

Das Apartment war für uns (Familie mit 3 erwachsenen Kindern) einfach perfekt in Ausstattung und Lage im Zentrum von Barcelona. Sehr freundliche persönliche Übernahme und völlig unbürokratische Rückgabe. Alles hat termingenau gepaßt. So hat uns das wirklich gut gelegene Apartment zu einem tollen Osterwochenende in einer der schönsten Städte Europas verholfen. Vielen Dank an Mathieu und seine charmante Frau! This appartment is very clean, spacy and has excellent facilities. Only a waterkettle was missing. It was good situated in town, near La Rambla en easily to visit the most important things.
We had a very nice stay there and we would like to go back.We surely recommend it to our friends.

We enjoyed a fantastic family weekend in this apartment and the location is just unbeatable! As we booked close to the date we got a great last minute deal and could spend more money on food - there are just too many good options in the neighbourhood. The apartment is carefully designed with beautiful furniture and artwork (we didnt notice it on the pictures). The terrace is not overlooking the Rambla but it was enjoyable to have an open space.

We stayed for 3 nights in this apartment and we loved everything about it. Modernist floors, large kitchen and a lot of light (the building is on a corner). The Rambla de Catalunya is a lovely street with small bars and shops under the trees shades. Special mention to the small shop on consel de cent (don't remember the name but going toward Passeig de Gracia. The owner is french). We had everything top quality for our breakfasts: fresh bread, cheese and artisanal marmelade!

Het huren van een appartement geeft je het gevoel alsof je even in Barcelona woont. Je hebt alle vrijheid om te komen en gaan wanneer je wilt.
Rambla Catalunya ligt in een veilige en centrale buurt van de stad. Bijna alles is op loopafstand te bereiken. Er lag geen plattegrond of andere informatie in het appartement, maar John verwees ons naar het vvv op Plaza Catalunya waar we alles wat we nodig hadden konden krijgen. Bedankt voor dit fijne appartement!
