In the app was everything we need. Check in and out also very easy. We would book it everytime again. The kitchen was clean and you find everything you need. The bed was very comftable and the bathroom was clean and nice.

Lots of amenities in the vicinity, cafes, pharmacy, supermarkets, atm, etc. Very close to Arc de Triomf (5 min walk), Parc de la Ciutadella (10 min walk) and Sagrada Familia (15 min walk). Beach probably a 25-30min walk but only €5 in taxi. El Born & Gothic quarter was a short walk (15 mins) and is highly recommended. Steer clear of La Rambla at night, cheap, sleazy, intimidating....to be avoided!!!!
Apartment on first floor in residential block. Conscious of not making too much noise on the decking. A few maintenance issues were reported to the owner and were rectified very quickly. Second bedroom was adequate but not ideal for two adults sharing as it was very small with no external windows or doors and no natural light. Bathroom recently renovated, very nice. Kitchen adequate with fridge/freezer, oven and washing machine. Living room was nice and airy. Decking was very nice area. Good air-con and plenty of storage though not in bedrooms.

Un peu de bruit au dessus mais rien de méchant, il faut vivre à l'heure espagnole.... Nous étions avec un enfant de 7 ans et nous avons fait beaucoup de choses à pied.
Avec un ticket de métro, de bonnes chaussures et un plan Barcelone est à vous !!!
Un conseil, acheté vos billet à l'avance sur internet, vous gagnerez du temps....et de la tranquillité.

Mooi, ruim en proper appartement. Alles is aanwezig.
Zalig, het terras met buitendouche. Heel rustig gelegen, geen geluidsoverlast.
Supermarkt & restaurantjes in dichte omgeving.
Metro en taxi op loopafstand.
Tips:
Aankoop metrokaart 10 ritten = voordelig (€ 9,80)
Bezienswaardigheden: de tickets voordien aankopen (internet) ( te lange wachtrijen). Aanvang bezoek om 10 uur gaat het vlugst. Parc Guel met de bus nr. 24, stopt aan de ingang.
Oude binnenstad met de smalle steegjes (links van de Rambla, richting zee) en de overheerlijke tapa's zeker een bezoek waard. Gekende restaurants: reserveren
Luchthaven heen en terug met de bus, Halte Catalunya, om de 10 minuten. Opgelet: bus A2 of B2. Er zijn twee verschillende terminals in de luchthaven, zie de info op de vluchtgegevens T1 of T2. Jetairfly is T2.
Bagage kan men achterlaten in de bureau van Cocoon op de dag van vertrek, is makkelijk.
Verder alles prima verlopen, voor herhaling vatbaar en met veel dank aan Valerie.
Wij zijn super tevreden, over alles!
Groot pluspunt: Bij het verlaten van het appartement kan men de bagage plaatsen in het bureau van Cocoon en op deze manier nog rustig genieten van de laatste uren Barcelona.

Appartement vraiment cosi, pas très grand mais suffisant pour 4 personnes adultes et très fonctionnel.
La terrasse correspond aux photos, grande et très jolie.
Plein de petits commerces dans le quartier et un superbe centre commercial avec une galerie marchande offrant des stands de produits frais tels que: pain, viande, le fameux jambon et même du poisson frais.
La nuit le quartier est calme et permet le repos.
Non loin de là, un super restaurant : le Alfonsina's ou vous pouvez manger de l'excellente viande d'argentine dans une ambiance très conviviale, voire familiale. Vraiment sympa.

The appartment is very nice, all facilities are provided even for families travelling with young children/babies, and we really appreciated the air conditioning. The terrace is also very pleasant.
The only 2 little points that were not perfect are that the subway was not as close as expected (but only because we were travelling with young children for whom walking under the sun was not so easy... for adults the subway station is close enough) and that there were no shutter at the main room window, and the curtain didn't close perfectly so the sunlight went in the room in the morning... So no real big issue!

All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending either this apartment or Cocoon Apartments, a lovely min break helped with the ease of the apartment and the fact the apartment is as described and the pictures are exact

Merveilleuse ville à découvrir avec des enfants (tout Gaudi et le modernisme, plages, fontaines au Montjuic le soir, tapas...) ou sans (musées divers, quartier gothique...) !
Pensez à la carte T-10 pour les déplacements en métro (Barcelone est grande comme Paris, tout faire à pied c'est trop).
Près de l'appartement Sun Days, un marché + supermarché Mercadona très pratiques indiqués par Valérie au check-in.
En voiture, garez-vous au parking couvert BSM Estacio Barcelona-Nord (70€ la semaine), il est à 5 minutes à pied.
Nous avons apprécié deux restos sud-américains pas bien loin de l'appartement : las Mañanitas (mexicain) et la Chacha (argentin).

Un marché et des commerçants à proximité, on peut également se faire faire son café en bas de l'immeuble et le déguster à l'appartement.
L'agence a rempli son contrat et Valérie s'est montrée disponible durant le séjour pour répondre aux questions que nous lui avons posées.

l'appartement convient parfaitement à une famille et non à un groupe d'ami dû aux voisinages peut tolérant avec les touristes.
Toutefois, l'appartement est tout de même très bien situé!

Valerie (contactpersoon) heeft ons super geholpen, de kleine dingetjes, airco van te voren aangezet een fles water en sap voor onze tweeling van twee klaargezet, een goede taxi met kinderzitjes voor de rit naar het vliegveld geregeld en ga zo maar door, een echte aanrader dit bureau met zijn personeel.

Sun Days is only one floor up, there's a lift in a well-lit and secure hallway, and it has good-sized rooms with comfortable beds and furniture, modern kitchen appliances, and air conditioning. There's a large outside terrace with good decking and plants, which gives further opportunities for eating and relaxing outside in good weather.
Transport links are very good, we got to the flat from Barcelona Sants railway station (which we think is also the arrival point for buses coming in from BCN Prat airport), using the 2-stop R1 suburban rail "Rodalies" link to Arc de Triomf station, then taking the exit for Carrer Napols to get to the flat, which is only about 4 blocks away along Carrer de Ribes. R1 has something like a 7-minute service frequency, and modern, comfortable trains.

A côté un parking public "Gare du Nord" pour garer la voiture avec des forfaits 3 nuits (40€) et 6 nuits (carte utilisable sur d'autres parking dans barcelone) et un supermarché ouvert jusqu'à 21h.

However, from the photos we were expecting a slightly more modern flat and the building itself seemed quite old. We expected some information in the flat on things to do in Barcelona and including some local knowledge from the owner.
The guide to the flat and how everything worked was comprehensive, but there was nothing left in the flat on local shops/ supermarkets/ bars/ good places to eat breakfast or have tapas/ a map/ good places to shop/ where to get a takeaway or takeway menu. Obviously the tourist office would provide much of this but we would have appreciated some tourist information in the flat when we arrived, but Valerie was extremely helpful in emailing me some recommended tapas bars.
The apartment Sun Days is situated in a typical modernist building of the Eixample area (true, the facade could be cleaned up!) but the apartment has been fully restaured few years ago and I am happy to read you enjoyed it (yes, the terrace is a real plus in the warm season ;-). Next time, do not hesitate to come to our office so we give you all the insider tips about our city and special discounts!

L'apartement est tres calme et tres bien equipée avec enormement de rangements.
Pour garer votre voiture un garage privé "gimenez" se trouve au coin de la rue Marina/Casp (50metres) avec une tarification interessante (100 €/huit jours).
Nous sommes tres satisfaits, nous reviendrons surement !

Un peu de poussiere qutour du bain et sur plancher salon. Donc un oubli ? Car tout semblait propre et sentait le propre a notre arrivé.
Aussi nous suggérons qu'il y ait une clé par personne, car en vacance on aime bien la liberte que ca procure, d'ailleur j'aimerai remercier les gens de sun days car apres un peu d'insistance de ma part il nous a accomodé. Il nous a permis d'avoir un tres bon séjour.
