Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle ville de Barcelone. L'incontournable Sagrada Familia est à visiter sans hésiter: l'intérieur est magnifique. En ce qui concerne le Parc Guell, pour visiter la partie payante, mieux vaut réserver à l'avance car l'accès est limité en nombre de visiteurs ( nous étions dans la file d'attente à 12h30 et nous ne pouvions entrer qu'à 18h30). Nous avons mangé dans 2 restaurants très sympas: le Flash Flash dans le quartier Eixample et le Elche au bas de la colline de Montjuic (très bonne paella). Par contre, le restaurant La Salamandre, sur le front de mer est un attrape touriste à éviter.

I am impressed with the quality of service from the Cocoon representatives. We were met exactly at the time and location agreed upon and our deposit was returned before we left at the end of our stay. Internet communications were responded to appropriately considering time differences in our locations. Everyone involved was friendly and professional.

The only negative thing was the lack of extra towels and sheets. Only one bath towel per person which is often not enough, especially if you have long, thick hair or are planning to go to the beach.We had a lovely stay at the Colon apartment. Spacious and clean, it was perfect for a four day visit.

You could have called the greeter if you needed more towels, he would have brought more.

The check-in and -out girls were OK, but we had to wait till apartment was cleaned at arrival. We had to leave the apratment while it was cleaned and could ariive to the Apartment 2½ hour later.

However I would recomment you to make sure owner/manager makes a "bulb-check". Probably 20% of all bulbs were burned out!!
Especially the call to John upon arrival was good. Always nice to have a contact when you are in a new place.
