Excellent location, a few minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya, with suitcases. It was a bit noisy at night if the windows were open, which was nice as it was hot, and there was no a/c. Luckily there was a fan. Thought there was a 200 euro damage deposit, but then there wasn't--that was a bit confusing. Also check in was a bit odd--phoned the contact, twice, but he wasn't the one to meet us, it was a woman he sent instead. Worked out fine in the end. Three floors up with suitcases would not work for older people.

We were very pleased to see that apartment was exactly what was promised: clean, nicely furnished and everything worked as they should. Even though it was close to Las Ramblas, it was quiet when windows and balcony doors were closed. We'll come back for sure!

This appartment is very nicely decorated and very clean, close to everything: market, bus, restaurants, shopping, touristic areas. Ideal for discovering all facets of Barcelona.

Great apartment ideally located for Gothic and El Raval areas. Loved the space, decor with modern kitchen and bathroom. Good value!

Super comfy bed but beware if you are tall (6ft +)as it won't be suitable as it tight against a wall and you can only move out the sides. Might also be noisy for some guests with it being so close to the Ramblas but didn't spoil our stay.

Fantastic stay, returned to Barcelona after 4 years, I used to live ther for 5 years and this place was great, near the Ramblas, metro, night life, sights. Highly recomended. Reception was very warm even after arriving there at 1:00 am.

Yes, very satisfied. Everyone that we had contact with was so helpful and nice. We absolutely loved our apartment. It was so bohemian and lovely. It was located in a wonderful location. We were close to just about everything and it was so comfortable.

I really loved this apartment and the location just off La Rambla was excellent. The living area was a bit noisy but the bedroom was very quiet for sleeping. The bed was comfortable and everything about the apartment was perfect. My only problem was the heat. There is no airconditioning which was a problem for me being 6 months pregnant and feeling the heat more than usual. There were 3 fans though which we used day and night. My only suggestion would be to add airconditioning!

Apartment lived up to expectations, just as described on website and in photos.
John who met us was very friendly and helpful. We had just had an unfortunate experience by having one of our bags stolen; John was very understanding and helped us. Also visited the Cocoon office to reprint some of our travel documents, again very helpful indeed.

Very satisfied, our only complaint was the noise through the night however for such a central location and fantastic accommodation it was a small compromise. All in all a very easy booking process and a fantastic apartment. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Warm welcome from Jeff, the owner. The vibrant and lively location of the apartment, just a few steps off La Rambla, was great for soaking up the Barcelona atmosphere. The apartment was warm, comfortable and well equipped.

Really cool flat in the very middle of Las Ramblas. The flat has everything you need and it's two minutes to the hustle of the heart of Barcalona. Jeff was really nice and friendly and helped us out when we couldn't work the locks. Only downside would be the noise but the trade off is well worth it to be so close to everything.

This apartment is a little gem of a place. The decor is amazing and the location is perfect for exploring all the sights. I imagine the place would be hot in the summer without aircon but perfect for spring and late summer.

Please add air conditionning !! And the sofa is not very confortable for sleeping.
Also a microwave would be appreciated, for the rest it was perfect.
