Next to to the famous Ramblas, it's one of our favorite studio. The ideal place for romantic couples who like lazy morning lie-ins. Designer furniture & small balcony with view to palm trees. Wooden rooftop terrace with shower (access by stairs). Very quiet, at the rear of the building. 4th floor, no lift, small stairwell. Combination with Chupito 1 possible.

Fantastic apartment down town 150 m from La Rambla. Perfect private rooftop terrace with outdoor shower. All the nice places to be in walking distance!

Dear Cocoon Team,
the one thing we really would like to complain about is the bed's mattress.
It must be very old... It has such a deep and uncomfortable slope towards the middle that both my sister and me had a backache after the 3 nights there. Also, the bathroom wasn't really clean when we arrived.
Apart from that, we liked the neighbourhood and the roof terrace, and the welcome.

Thank you Sandra. Following your feedback, I inform you the owner bought a new mattress mid june 2013. We asked her also to inform her cleaning lady to be more cautious about the bathroom!

We loved this appartment. It was nicely furnished and everything worked well. The location is fabulous as it is very central and near travel links but very peaceful. John dealt with the one problem we had (when the wifi went down) very promptly. Check in was easy and efficient.

My favourite part is the private terrace which is beautiful and offers the chance for sun and shade. We would deifinitely book the appartment again and have already recommended it to a friend.

The terrace is a real bonus. Having such a large private outside space in the centre of Barcelona was so lovely. John was really helpful and friendly and very prompt. The emails we had beforehand were also efficient and friendly.

Apartment was ideal for a few nights stay, very centrally located and yet little noise. The roof terrace was a bonus. I would recommend your company as have been very impressed. We loved Barcelona so much that we're alerady planning the next trip!

The location was good. The booking process easy and the check in process worked well. The city is amazing and we liked the flexibility of an apartment over a hotel. I was overall satisfied with with the agency.
