Le studio est très bien placé, en plein coeur d'un quartier touristique animé. Et comme c'est un quartier animé, le studio est placé au-dessus d'une ruelle avec bars et restaurants. L'isolation des fenêtres étant très mauvaise, le studio est très bruyant la nuit ; jusqu'à environ 3h du matin, l'heure où les bars ferment. A part ça, le studio est parfaitement équipé, propre et l'accueil irréprochable.

Situé dans le centre historique (et très animé, même la nuit) de Barcelone, cela permet de se rendre rapidement dans les différents lieux a visiter. Mais le bruit la nuit est à prendre en compte :)

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour à Barcelone, le studio Gotic 2 est moderne,bien agencé,très bien situé . Cependant ,voici quelques suggestions pour améliorer la qualité de ce logement :
-équipement de la cuisine : il n'y a qu'un seul verre à pied,une passoire et 1 ou 2 plats seraient bien venus, le torchon de vaisselle est un peu petit.
-insonorisation: la rue et le quartier étant très bruyants, surtout en début de nuit,il serait utile de changer les fenêtres afin d'insonoriser l'appartement.
-installation de rideaux occultants aux fenêtres et à la petite lucarne au-dessus du lit.
En espérant que ces quelques remarques serviront à améliorer la qualité de ce studio qui est déjà très satisfaisante.

Pros: wonderful, central location. Perfect sized studio for two people. Reasonable price compared to hotel room.
Cons: construction project next door- loud and noisy during the day. It would have been nice to have been advised of this prior to renting.
Wifi spotty to non-existent. Owner was contacted, but never came to try and fix.
I would recommend this apartment when construction is complete.

Studio bien situé, proche du métro (Jaume II), des restaurants et petits supermarchés... accueil rapide et objectif de la part de la propriétaire... logement propre, moderne, pratique, lit confortable, salle de bains adéquate et propre, cuisine complète, clim qui marchait très bien. Deze studio zit midden in de Gothic wijk in een steegje. De studio was niet groot, maar zeker ruim genoeg voor 2 personen. Alles was goed aan te lopen en binnen een minuut zit je in gezellige winkelstraatjes en bij restaurantjes. Het enige minpuntje voor ons is, dat ze het gebouw ernaast volledig aan het renoveren waren en dus vanaf 8.00 uur 's ochtends begonnen met slopen. De airco in het appartement werkt goed, het enige nadeel is dat hier een pompje ofzo bij zat dat elk uur wel aansloeg en als de airco aan was, iedere 15 minuten. Na een paar dagen hoor je dit minder.
Wil je een leuk appartement in het centrum van Barcelona, is dit zeker een aanrader.

De accommodatie was/is precies zoals website beschrijft. Lekker fris en schoon en alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Wij misten alleen een kinderstoeltje. Het is een prima locatie in de Gothische wijk op loopafstand van het strand en Ramblas.

Extrêmement bien situé, nous avons pratiquement tout visité à pied! Du coup tellement fatigués, nous n'avons que très peu été gênés par le bruit de vie nocture. Mais bon, nous étions en vacances, alors pas de problème! Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour.

The Apartment was lovely. Perfect for a couple who want to be close to the beach, gothic quarter and the city centre. The area was very pleasant during the day. At night some of the streets can be loud in the area so a bit more care is required, but we did not have any negative experiences in the city.
You provided a good service. The rep. was very pleasant.

Het appartement was klein maar toch ruim genoeg voor 2 personen. Ligging super in het midden van alles ( haven, ramblas, gezellige cafe's en restaurants.
Ja zeer tevreden, vooral toen bleek dat onze vlucht niet doorging i.v.m. staking.
Een telefoontje was genoeg om even 2 dagen bij te boeken.
