Pros: wonderful, central location. Perfect sized studio for two people. Reasonable price compared to hotel room.
Cons: construction project next door- loud and noisy during the day. It would have been nice to have been advised of this prior to renting.
Wifi spotty to non-existent. Owner was contacted, but never came to try and fix.
I would recommend this apartment when construction is complete.

The apartment was fine for the price - we will spend a bit more next time for a separate bedroom.
The WiFi was very unreliable.

Perfect space for two people - excellent washing machine. Could use a drying rack for clothes - if the weather is good enough and you don't want to use the auto drier

The Apartment was lovely. Perfect for a couple who want to be close to the beach, gothic quarter and the city centre. The area was very pleasant during the day. At night some of the streets can be loud in the area so a bit more care is required, but we did not have any negative experiences in the city.
You provided a good service. The rep. was very pleasant.
