We loved our stay at Raimundo's apartment. First of all, Raimundo was incredibly nice and friendly but also extremely informative regarding the surrounding area of his apartment (e.g restaurants, sights, grocery, transportation etc.)-- he spent at least an hour walking us through these. As for the apartment itself, it's as lovely as the photos. It was in a great location, close enough to the tourist areas but you also get your peace and quiet at the end of the day. The apartment was very clean and had all the accoutrements one would need. Raimundo is very thoughtful and seem to anticipate guest needs so everything we need was available to us. He was available through text and even helped us out late at night for an early cab the next day. We highly recommend this place and will stay here again the next time we are in Barcelona . The location of the apartment is excellent; it is situated in a relatively quiet part of El Born, but still very close (5 min walk) to nice bars, restaurants, shops, metro station. It is also close to the Aerobus stop at Placa de Catalunya and about 20 min walk to the beach. The owner of the apartment is very kind and will enthusiastically help you with finding your way around. Overall it was a great stay and we would love to return one day!

For a one week vacation in Barcelona, this appartment was very pleasant and comfortable!
Raimiundo has been very nice and welcoming and advice us on places to visit during our stay.
The neighborhood was very typical and I warmly recommend you with apartment If you want to live as Spanish people do!

Excellent weekend break in Barcelona using this wonderful apartment as a base. Raimundo was so welcoming and gave us some good tips on where to visit during our stay and highlighted these on a map of the city that he gave us. The apartment had everything we needed and was very light, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs, and even an easy walk back from Razzmataz music venue after we found out the tube was no longer running after the gig ended. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

I had six days in Barcelona and would have liked many more. The location of the property in the old town helped make my short stay very efficient because everything was within a short walking distance.

The property was exactly as advertised. Raimundo was incredibly helpful and patient.

Musica is very well located. It was very clean. Raimundo greeted us very nicely; he was on time and gave us a lot of information on Barcelona. Lots of food shops around, very nice restaurants off the beaten path, it is quiet at night. We already recommanded this appartment to some friends and we would love to return!
