Het appartement was goed. Tip voor de eigenaar, even naar de douche kijken betreffende het warme water. Deed het de ene keer wel en andere keer niet.
In Barcelona viel mij op dat er veel politie was. Het een zeer schone stad is en het verkeer druk is en hard rijd.
We zijn heel vriendelijk in het appartement ontvangen. Het was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving geeft genoeg supermarktjes (ook s avonds en in het weekend) cafeetjes, restaurantjes en door de ligging, 5 min. van het strand, perfect voor een combi stad/strand.
Helaas zijn we op onze eerste avond geconfronteerd met de politie. Deze moest bij de buren zijn die aardig wat ruzie bleken te hebben. Hierna was het rustig en hebben we er goed vertoefd. Tip voor de eigenaar, kijkgaatje of ketting op de deur zodat je kan zien wie er voor de deur staat. Als onbekende, zonder receptionist, vond ik het moeilijk open doen omdat je niet weet wie er achter de deur staat.
Doordat het appartement op twee hoog ligt en de trapjes raad ik mensen die slecht ter been zijn dit appartement af.

De plus, vous êtes à quelques centaines de mètre d'une station de métro et la rue, bien que située proche des bars de la plage, est parfaitement isolée du bruit. Le quartier dispose aussi de plusieurs épiceries et commerces. Bien pratique...
A noter cependant le peu d'accessoire, il y a une gazinière, un four et un micro onde, mais aucun torchon ni égouttoir pour la vaisselle et les aliments. Aucun produit nettoyant non plus... Ni produit vaisselle, ou de sol...
Chambre sympa, les 2 lits sont corrects.
Le gros point faible c'est la salle de bain, minuscule. Qui doit surement être gelée l'hiver puisque c'est un trou dans le mur qui assure l'aération.
Dans l'ensemble un bon rapport qualité prix tout de même et un appt très agréable l'été.

Was just a bit disturbed by the noise of renovation in the building, but we do not hold it against the accomodation owner or rental agency as this was out of their control.
Same goes to the owner and his team that were available even during the night when we had a key problem. Great work everyone! ad a great time in Barcelona!

The apartment was very nice with IKEA-furnishment. It is very close to the beaches, 3 min, and the bus to town, 2 min, and the metro, 8 min! It was really nice to live in an apartment in ahouse where the Barca-people live.

De locatie van het appartement was zeer gunstig en omdat het niet op een zeer drukke plek ligt, hadden we geen last van buren of herrie. Het appartement was compleet, we ongeveer alles wat we nodig hadden, en dus een prima plek om te slapen, eten en relaxen.
