Positif: Spacieux, très bien placé dans quartier vivant.
Négatif: Presque pas de débit d'eau chaude dans la douche, simple vitrage et donc un peu bruyant.

The apt was very clean but the owner need to update a few things.
It was very close to the beach and subway. The restaurants in the area on the small streets were awesome...Great to be close to a market.

Het is goedkoper dan een hotel, zeker als je met zijn vieren bent.
De bedden zijn ontzettend hard, eigenlijk te hard om lekker te kunnen slapen. De buurt is nogal lawaaiig, maar dat wisten we van te voren. Met oordopjes in is het wel te doen. Het appartement was verder wel netjes en schoon. De ligging is ideaal, op loopafstand van het strand en de oude binnenstad, en dichtbij een metrostation. Wel jammer dat je niet buiten kunt zitten, het balkon stelt niets voor (maar ook dat wisten we). Er staat een wasmachine, maar het is me een raadsel waar je die was zou kunnen drogen. Een voordeel van het appartement is dat alle winkels in de buurt zitten (bakker, markt, grote supermarkt) en er zijn ook veel leuke restaurantjes. Al met al een prima plek voor een vakantie in Barcelona.

Barceloneta is een goede uitvalsbasis om Barcelona te ontdekken: het strand en het centrum op loopafstand! Het is nog steeds een authentieke volkswijk en soms wat lawaaiig...dus oordoppen zijn handig!

In spite of the noise street, I appreciate this appartement because it was spacious and it was not too far from the Barceloneta beaches, about 7 min by foot.

Beds were a little hard and the drain in the shower was blocked - but other than that everything was super! The privacy that you don't get in a hotel and the location of Barceloneta 9 is just amazing.

We enjoyed the space and the location. Dubilda (owner) was great. Renters will want to note however, that the neighborhood is a bit noisy.
