The apartment was very nice and the bed had very comfortable matresses. It was very helpful that the house had an elevator.
On the weekend nights it got a bid loud on the street in front of the apartment but as the bedroom faces inside the building it didn´t distrub our sleep.

Really enjoyed our stay. We were in a great location were able to walk everywhere accommodation perfect only fault was the television did not work . we would love to stay there again on our next trip to Barcelona. also not many signs on the front of the apartment we found it hard to find it
very satisfied. Everything ran smoothly. Maria was very informative and helpful.

Elles from Cocoon was extremely helpful - contacting the owner when we had a power issue and also giving me advice re taxis and directions to the apartment.

Fantastic location, but apartment itself was disappointing. Power failure on first night.
The place wasn't very clean when we arrived. Recommend a heavier curtain in the bedroom for increased privacy and it was very light in the mornings. Beds were uncomfortable. Overall, we didn't think it was worth 100 EUR a night. Despite this, we still had a good stay in Barcelona as the location of the apartment was exceptional and we loved the vibe of the old town.

Yes, we had 5 delightful days in suite 5. The apartment is rightly good, and the position in Gotic is perfect. Here we are close to all of interest. We really want to come back.

Location was great and the apartment was in good condition. Accommodation is suitable for kids too (we were travelling with 1,5 year old child) although there were a few steps to the lift and it was a bit difficult with stroller.

Booking process was very easy and the contact on arrival was very patient as we were delayed leaving the airport.

The apartment was in a great location and perfectly located for getting to both city and beach. We will come again and stay for longer to see more!

Location is very good. But it was noisy at night (until 3-4 am!). Especially in the living room. I would say that for a family, this is a "sleep two + baby cot" apartment.
Elevator very narrow for regular pram.

The situation of the appartment was perfect and the rooms were just what we needed. The only problem we had was that the wifi didn't work, or that we didn't manage to get it to work. And the creaky beds.

The quiet area, no noise on the streets, no trafic. even we could celibrate with the Barcelona football fans, because they won the cup. it was still not very croudy.

Wake up every morning and warm up with a bright winter sun, always laughing and smiling, with a beautiful song and with some excellent friends.
It was very nice to stay in gotic suite 5. in the beggining it seems very small but with time you understand how funny and cosy the house is.

It was a perfect flat. Nice, clean and with all you need for at few days in the city. We were so excited that we will for sure book at your place again next time. It was right in the heart of Barcelona center. There are 2-3 local bakers, 1 lokal special store with spanish cheese, chorizo etc.
They forgot to put a baby cot - but in a few hours it was there - very nice and perfect. Very nice guy who gave us the keys.
