Great duplex apartment fully refurbished located in the heart of the historical centre. Brickwalls & wooden beams. Main floor: double bed + bathroom. Basement: dinning table for 4p + double bed. No daylight. Very well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to beaches. Great accommodation for holidays in BCN.

Excellent location and modern/new interior. Appartement fits for only one couple (with kid(s)) but not realy for 2 couple,s because there's lack of privacy and bathroom location (including toilet) is not smart, too small.
Note: the appartement inside is dark without windows, but lots of lights.

Very conveniently located for the port and the Ramblas. The apartment is modern and well equipped but does suffer slightly from a lack of natural light although this is to be expected in the Gothic quarter. There are some great local tapas bars and coffee shops and a small supermarket less than 3mins walk away. Excellent friendly service from cocoon and the owner

A lovely apartment in a great location. It was clean, well furnished and modern. When we arrived we found out that the area was a pickpocket "hotspot". Don't let this put you off staying there though, just keep your belongings secure when walking round.

We loved the apartment and will definitely stay there again. It would be lovely to have a TV/DVD downstairs too!
It was great to be able to walk to Las Ramblas in a couple of minutes, and down to the marina, and then you can come home and relax in very nice surroundings.

The location of the apt. was fantastic - the best!! The apt. itself was beautiful, the bed was nice and comfortable, ample storage for our clothes, kitchen was great, large TV, the shower worked well. Overall a great experience!!
