Neighbourhood location is great, but could not sleep for a week, due to 24hrs noise from Plaza Real (which was expected, at least outside on the terrace(s)), but no double-panelled windows to compensate. A lot of positive points (style, location,...), but cannot completely recommend to a friend due to the very poor soundproof protection which was the weakest point (we like to go out late -it's Barcelona!- but sleep is a must whenever needed)

As I was travelling with my elderly parents, renting an apartment was far more convenient than booking two hotel rooms. The apartment was beautiful and despite the weak pound was still a cheaper option. My parents are well travelled and demand a high standard of accomodation which Touareg 1 more than provided.
