Large and bright apartment located in the upper part of the Born district. Just in front of a small square with trees. 2 double bedrooms + sliding doors in the living room for the 3rd bedroom (double bed). Well equipped, charm of the exposed beams. Recommended for a lovely stay in Barcelona!

Excellent location and appartment. Size and atmosphere of the rooms and furniture very nice. Very friendly owner.
Downsides: practically no glasses (1 wineglass), and kitchen could use better cleaning. Receiver of TV set is broken. (but who wants to watch tv when in Barcelona...!)

The apartment was excellent. Easy to walk to many of the attractions, lots of pretty squares, streets and cafes within 100m. The underground was also less than 5 minutes walk. Florian was very helpful meeting us at the apartment and giving us a good briefing. We travelled with 2 kids (10 and 13) and had a truly wonderful stay. The apartment seemed well equipped (though we chose to eat out most of the time) but it was convenient for breakfast and the occassional siesta! The free wifi was essential as we could book tickets for attractions on line and avoid the long queues (especially at Sagrada Familia). Our only dissappointment was that Barca only won 1-0.

The stay was fantastic. The apartment is local to some of the best areas to wander in Barcelona . The apartment it self is in an area going through some change with a mix of traditional and some less fancy dwellings. But not withstanding this you are only. Few minutes walk from some of the best eating and shopping in the born barrio. Florian was a gracious and helpful host who gave us some very useful tips when we arrived. The unit itself has everything in it to make your stay comfortable. We had a wonderful time and would come again.

The agency was very helpful along with Florian to get us in early as we arrived on an early flight from Singapore.

We travelled with small kids and found the area very good with great restaurants and shops close and in walking distance. This lovely Apartment are spaceous, but unfortunately not clean. Bathroom needs to be updated, it had a terrible smell. We had a great stay and would recommend born area for others, alsoi with kids. Rent bikes!

The water was shutt off due to a leak in The building, but the owner was helpful.
Pots and pans were tires, but ón this remark I believe The owner Will buy new ones before next guests arrive.

Born Lovely is a great spaceous appartment. Lovely neighbourhood, next door neighboor is a bakery so very easy to get fresh bread in the morning.
Perfect location, very close to Arc Triomph metro line station.
Florian is a great host, all information you can think of. Also tourist guides to use available at the appartment.

Very accurate description and photos on website for this apartment. It is spacious and light and in a very pleasant street full of character.
The location was perfect- walking distance to everything but also quiet and a lovely outlook into the small square with beautiful shady trees. The apartment was spacious, light and comfortable- a great retreat to come back to after sight-seeing. Easy access to the market and other shopping. Florian was very welcoming and helpful which made a lovely start to our stay. Our family loved staying 10 days in this apartment and highly recommend it.

The apartment was well located, but off the beat and path. Florian was wonderful. So sweet and helpful. We loved our time in Barcelona and although it was to hot to use the kitchen much, we did manage some very nice composed salads and cold tapas for late nights. The street was VERY alive at all hours. It was lovely to hear the people, but not as lovely to hear the rubbish men and street cleaners.
