Raimundo was an absolute pleasure to deal with. very helpful and accommodating. room was perfect, modern and clean and had everything we needed. the flights of stairs were a bit much, but for the value of the place was certainly acceptable; and helped us burn off all the paella and sangria we consumed during the day! perfect location for a stay, we enjoyed our week very much. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay! You can see that the owner wants the guests to stay comfortable and not only to make money. He decorated the appartement very nicely. When I will return to Barcelona, I surely would like to stay at the Oriental again!

Very good location, we managed to walk everywhere. The hike up the stairs was a bit of a chore after a day's walking though. Not for the unfit :)

Very good appartment !
Only downfall is the height (5th floor, by stairs), which makes it difficult for elderly people, but young/fit persons should enjoy this place because of being situated very well, close to the old city heart.
Reimundo, the owner, is an excellent host and will receive you warmly. We would go back.
