The accommodation was pretty nice for a short timeout for two. The view was amazing! The appartment itself was a bit too cold. Air condition and TV (this strange Movistar-Box and the accu-less remote controll) didn' t work that. The cocoon agents were very friendly and helpfully! All together tanks a lot - i'll book again!

It was great to have access to the terrace! We also had to check out late which was very easy and no problem, thank you for that. We would have like to be able to get the TV to work (it was always stuck in "searching" and we didn't get any channels) so maybe it would be good to include a guide how to use the TV. Other than that it was all great, very good location and easy to rent out :)

This is a well designed and thought out apartment set within a nice area which is close to all the local attractions including the Ramblas. Very impressed with the helpfull staff who came to meet us too. This is a lovely apartment in a handy and pleasant location! The safety aspect was definately a bonus and the balcony area was also a nice addition.
