The location is the best. The big terrace is great and aswell as The hospitality from Alonso and Jorge. This was our second time renting appartment in this building cause we like it so much!

The location was great and the welcome from Jorge was very warm. But the apartment itself was very basic, and in particular the kitchen equipment was poor. We had rented an apartment with the intention of buying food at the market and cooking at home but actually there weren't enough dishes, plates and other equipment to be able to do anything. Exactly three small plates for three people isn't really enough.

Love the location, was a little concerned at first because of the entry and how to locate the owner. But in the end we would do it again. Top floor is very quiet but a hike up some stairs!

Feeling like a local citizen by living in the centre of Barcelona in a typical ancient and nice building. Metro station was next to our appartment, it was quiet and we enjoyed staying outside on the roof terrace. The Organistation of check-in and -out was excellent! In the beginning I wasn't satisfied because I couldn't get the apartment I've booked first. But the suggested apartment was very good.

Our flat was perfect. It was quite at night and really felt like we were inside a real cocoon. The apartment was so central we hardly had to use the metro at all. We would definitely recommended this apartment to our friends.
