1. How do you guarantee the lowest price?

All our properties are guaranteed to be at the lowest price, thanks to our privileged relationship with the owners.

2. Which credit cards do you accept for the pre-payment?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

3. Can I pay the remaining amount on arrival by credit card?

The remaining amount must be paid in cash upon arrival, unless CREDIT CARD ACCEPTED is clearly stated on the apartment page and your booking voucher.

If you need an invoice/receipt for the remaining amount to be paid upon arrival, please indicate this information during the booking process (or contact us prior to arrival). We'll inform the owner so that he can prepare it, ready for your check in.

4. When will the security deposit be refunded?

The security deposit is refunded at check out, after an inspection to check that there is no damage and the apartment has been left in an acceptable condition.

5. Is it safe to pay online with my credit card?
