1. What time is check-out?

Check-out is at 11 am.

2. Can I check-out later?

There is no guarantee of late check-out after 11 am as guests may be arriving in the afternoon. You can ask the owner upon check-in if a late checkout is possible.

3. Do I have to clean the apartment on departure day?

No. On departure day, you are expected to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition and take the rubbish out.

4. When will my security deposit be refunded?

The security deposit is refunded at check-out, after an inspection to check that there is no damage and the apartment has been left in an acceptable condition.

5. Where can I leave my luggage after I check-out?

You can store your luggage at our office during office hours free of charge (more info). Please note we are not responsible for luggage contents or luggage not picked up on time.
