Check-in

1. At what time can I check-in?

The standard check-in time is from 3:00pm till 8:00pm. Once you have picked up your luggages at the airport or one hour prior to your scheduled meeting time, we ask you to call the owner to confirm that you will be on time. Contact details are indicated in your reservation ticket.

2. Can I check-in earlier?

Sometimes an early check-in is possible depending on the accommodation availability. You can ask the owner upon arrival if he can make an early check in.

3. Do I have to pay a fee for a late check-in?

Yes. There is a 20€ extra fee after 8pm and 35€ extra fee after 11pm.

4. Can I pay by credit card the remaining amount?

The remaining amount has to be paid in cash upon arrival, unless it is clearly stated CREDIT CARD ACCEPTED on the apartment page and your booking ticket.

 

If you need an invoice/receipt for the remaining amount to be paid upon arrival, please indicate this information during the booking process (or contact us prior to arrival). We'll inform the owner and he will prepare it for you at check in.
