Booking process

1. How do I book an apartment?

Quick and secure: book your apartment online in 3 easy steps:

1. Indicate your dates / number of people in the search engine and select an available apartment.


2. Fill in your personal details on the online booking form.


3. Pay the prepayment by credit card (secure payment).

You will receive your booking voucher directly by email. It includes all the information for your stay in Barcelona: apartment address, detailed map, price, owner contact details, etc. We have also included insider tips & special discounts to use during your stay in Barcelona!

2. Is it safe to pay online with my credit card?

Yes, It is safe to pay by credit card. Our website is secured using the latest technology:

1. All the pages including your personal details are secured by VeriSign, the world's leading encryption system. See our certificate.

2. Credit card online payment is processed by La Caixa, one of Europe's largest savings banks and the third largest Spanish financial group. They use SSL technology to secure your credit card details.

3. Do I receive a direct confirmation of my booking?

Yes, your booking is confirmed directly after the prepayment payment (credit card).

You will receive your booking voucher directly by email. It includes all the information for your stay in Barcelona: apartment address, detailed map, price, contactowner contact details, etc. We have also included insider tips & special discounts to use during your stay in Barcelona!

4. What payment do you accept for the pre-payment?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

5. How many people should I book for?

The reservation has to be made for the maximum number of people staying at the apartment - even if this number changes during your stay.

6. Do I pay for children/babies?

You only have to pay for children over 3 years of age.

For babies, baby cots are usually available free of charge. Please refer to the apartment equipment page.

7. Can I change / cancel my booking?

To change the number of people or to add nights to your stay, contact us, by indicating your booking number and we'll do our best to make these changes.

Please note that we cannot transfer your booking to another apartment. This is considered as a cancellation. The prepayment is not refunded and you will need to make a new booking.

8. How can I cancel my booking?

To cancel your booking, please contact us, indicating your booking number.

9. Can I get an invoice / receipt for my booking?

The booking voucher includes our invoice for the amount paid by credit card (pre-payment). This amount includes VAT.

If you need an invoice/receipt for the remaining amount to be paid upon arrival, please indicate this information during the booking process (or contact us prior to arrival). We'll inform the owner so that he can prepare it for your check in.

10. Can I make a booking if I am under 18 years of age?

No, the person making the booking and signing the rental contract upon arrival has to be at least 18 years of age on the day of arrival.
