Small studio recently renovated and located near the beach, in Barceloneta area. Well-equipped but with basic comfort: shower boat-like and precipitous staircase (not recommended for certain persons). Economic, it's an excellent alternative to budget hotels.

Was just a bit disturbed by the noise of renovation in the building, but we do not hold it against the accomodation owner or rental agency as this was out of their control.

Very satisfied: We were a bit delayed and they waited for us otside the house.
The apartment was very nice with IKEA-furnishment. It is very close to the beaches, 3 min, and the bus to town, 2 min, and the metro, 8 min! It was really nice to live in an apartment in ahouse where the Barca-people live.
