Excellent location with easy access to Metro and bus, 2 supermarkets within 50 meters, in addition to multiple restaurants and cafes. The website description of this flat listed 1 bathroom - we were pleasantly surprised to find a separate half-bath (WC + sink) as well. The street noises were not bad as we didn´t keep the windows open but it may be a bit noisy in summer.
