Very big, basic equipped apartment located in a lively, multicultural street 300m from the Ramblas in the Raval area. 4 separate bedrooms of which 2 have airco. Two folding beds for up to 14 people. Building entrance and staircase not refurbished. Not suitable for families, but recommended for young groups and stag weekends.

The apartment is not in the greatest area of Barcelona, and we were warned by the police on a couple of occassions to be careful. However, we were very aware of our suroundings at all times and were fine. Once in the apartment it was lovely, perfect for the 11 girls in the hen party. The owner was lovely and helpful, giving us some ideas of where to go and again making sure we were paying attention when walking around at night time. He allowed us to check out late due to the apartment not being booked on the day of our departure. Overall, this is a perfect apartment for a group holiday, and it has to be remembered that in comparsion to some apartments it is reasonably priced and has room for many. If i ever go back to Barcelona with such a big group i would certainly stay here!

The apartment itself was nice inside but the decor not so good. It was advertised with air conditioning but there was only air conditioning in 2 of the rooms out of the 4. Also others in the block were very noisy. On the upside it was nice for our group to stay together in one apartment rather than hotel rooms.

Renting this apartment was far easier then renting hotels. We had easy access at all times of the day and night. It felt like a home more then a hotel room does.

The person who checked us in and out was very polite and I know if we had needed anything he would have helped out. The Furniture was good for the price you are paying but everything inside the propery was very clean and tidy upon arrival. An excellent location to stay along Las Ramblas.

Central location, OK for a large group that wants to be in the centre of town and not spend a lot of time indoors. The immediate vicinity is not great (lots of people coming and going at all hours of the day and night) but if you're in a group then is OK.
