We had cleaning done once during our 11-night stay. This could be perfectly fine - we didn't expect to have cleaning at all during our stay - but in that case some sort of cleaning equipment needs to be available for the guests to use.
The bathroom, and the shower in particular, was very small, smaller that what we've had previously in apartments rented through Cocoon Barcelona. The apartment was on the smaller side in general but OK for us two.
I was very pleased with e-mail replies and phone contacts - quick, polite and helpful - as I have been previously. We also used the possibility to store our luggage at the office and the staff who met us was professional as well as nice.
