Sehr tolle Wohnung direkt am Strand- etwas mehr Treppen als erwartet aber im allgemeinen perfekt!

La clim serait un vrai confort; ça n'est pas au troisième étage mais au quatrième (avec entresol) et les escaliers sont très étroits

Avoir plus des aliments "basiques", tel du sel, du poivre, de l'huile qui se laisse de locataires en locataires. Il manquait également des sachets poubelle.
Mis à part ça, le logement était agréable et coloré. Le matelas du lit devrait peut être être changé.

Appartement très bien situé, quartier calme contre tout attente, escalier un peu raide.
Locatrice très gentille.

Intérieur propre et bien aménagé.

Très satisfaites de notre séjour, nous recommendons vivement ce logement et ce quartier !!!

De keuken heeft een opknapbeurt nodig. De badkamer is aan de kleine kant. Zou de accommodatie aanraden als de keuken wat wordt opgefrist. Maar..... de zestig treden zijn ook niet voor iedereen toegankelijk. Mensen met een slechte conditie zijn hier niet blij mee. Wij zijn sporters dus zagen het eigenlijk als een training. Het huis heeft geen airco maar die hebben wij niet gemist. Alle ramen open en het huis blijft lekker koel. Het is 's avonds wel rumoerig buiten en de meeuwen maken je vroeg wakker. Verder een supermarkt om de hoek, bakker bij de hand en een leuk kroegje om na het strand/stadsbezoek even te chillen vóór het eten.

La TNT fonctionne très, très mal et meme si l'on est là pour les vacances il est toujours agréable de pouvoir ce poser un instant devant la TV.
La salle de bains/WC reste quand meme très petite et les personnes ne pouvant pas monter les escaliers s'abstenir pour cette location.
Très bonne accueil et bonne agence de location.

Logement agréable , meme si les voisins nous ont averti qu'ils s'etaient fait volé à Barcelone!
Un peu bruyant car il y a un bar en dessous.
à deconseillé aux femmes enceintes car il y a 4 étages à monter à pied (escalier tres etroit )
la proximité de la plage est agréable.

Ce que j'ai apprécié, c'est la proximité de la plage !
La propreté de l'appartement est aussi bonne et ça c'est important de le dire.
Egalement le fait de trouvé un parasol de plage, ça peut paraitre bête, mais il s'agit d'une très bonne attention !

Sehr zentral, Vermieter zuvorkommend, 2 Glühbirnen im App. müssten ausgetauscht werden, sonst war alles gut. Die Unabhängigkeit war toll.
