Modern little studio in the lively Gothic area. Near the marina and the Borne area with many bars and restaurants and close to all tourist attractions. Well equipped kitchen, double bed and bathroom with shower. No lift. Refurbished building. Possible to rent with other studios in the same building.
Construction work is carried out in the adjacent building.

There are also a lot of nice Restaurants and Bars just around the Corner. You can reach the Beach Bogatell (Wich is much nicer then the city beach) and the nightclubs by bus in a few minutes. So, this is a very good destination to reach everything important (also Shops, Sightseeing, etc.) in Barcelona.
The Appartment was very clean and was fully equiped. But I would not recommend to stay more then a few nights, because the bed was not very comfortable. There is also a window over the bed next to the staicase, which means it is very noisy if someone uses the stairs and the light might wake you up by night. So you better bring some earplugs and a sleepingmask.
Sometimes there is no Water in the Shower but it always comes back after a few minutes.
And it is pretty hard to find, becaus the street is very little. You should plan some time for finding the Place.

In general we were satisfied with the location, however the surrounding streets were somewhat noisy. Also there is some noise from other peoples' doors slamming when they are coming in the evening. This can be annoying as the stair case is located right next to the beds.
All in al we were satisfied, considering the very affordable price.

Pros: New, very clean, very well-equipped, very-well designed appartment.
Cons: We had trouble to sleep as air conditionner did not set up at the required temperature and as the white little box at its bottom right was very noisy... Some ants in the kitchen. No shutters, blinds or dark curtains.
-Welcome: Excellent.
-Neighbourhood: Some works currently in the area but the appartment is in a great location.
-Local tips: Great as located in the Bari Gotic.
If you had contacted us during your stay we would have sent someone to check the airco. We have now contacted the owner and she'll check and fix it.
