located in the centre of the Borne,
Barcelona's fashionable neighbourhood. Big living- and kitchen area with exposed beams. 2 big bedrooms with own ensuite (half open) bathrooms & 1 bathtub. 1 separate toilet. On 4th floor without lift. A stay in the centre, at walking distance to the beach.

- we had some problems with ants
- "jacuzzi" bath didn't work
- missing door handles on bedrooms
- only one toilet in a large apartment
- level of cleaning not good
- although described as "second floor" (because it is a Spanish "segundo") this apartment is on 4th floor in English terms with 91 steps - this should be clearer in the advert
- TV is only Spanish language channels
Good points:
- Pia was very helpful and flexible for check-in/check out
- we were allowed to drop our bags as soon as we arrived even though it was before check-in time
- overall apartment design is good
- fantastic location
- air conditioning good
- kitchen had very good equipment
- washing machine and tumble dryer good and installed well
- both bedrooms had ensuite shower / bath
- internet / wifi very good and reliable
Cocoon were very helpful, especially when we had problems with keys
We would use this again and would definitely recommend to a friend.
Since there was no elevator and the flat was in the 4 floor it was really a struggle to get the luggage up. So I would hesitate to recommend the flat for families with young children that are not able to walk themselves. But the area around the flat is really nice!!. Next time we visit Barcelona we will love to stay there one more time :0)Perfect location!
The large size met our needs very well. Also perfect location.
I found very fast and easily the appropriate appartement for a low price. The acommodation was like i have excepted. It was beatufull like on the homepage.
