Nous avons trouvé le système d'accueil très difficile. Les codes de sécurité devraient être donnés par courriel et non par téléphone. Comme nous ne sommes pas européens, nous ne pouvons utiliser nos téléphones mobiles pour contacter l'agence et les téléphones publics sont très compliqués à utiliser. Nous n'étions pas capables de parler avec le propriétaire. Nous avons dû se rendre à l'info. touristique pour pouvoir appeler et avoir les codes. Très irritant après une journée de voyage...

Les mûrs et les planchers de l'appartement étaient sales, mais le reste était bien.

Effectivement cet appartement a un check-in automatique avec un code qui est donner par le concierge à l´arrivée. La pluspart des appartements offrent un check-in personalisé.

Cela provoque aucun problème, mais nous avons un bureau au centre de Barcelone et nous sommes toujours disponibles pour des reseignements.

Nous espérons que, malgré ce dérangement, vous avez passez un bon séjour à Barcelone!

Idéalement bien placé. Superette, boulangerie juste à côté et Marché de la Boqueria à 30m. Appartement bien équipé, propre et calme la nuit.
Possible de visiter le coeur de Barcelone quasiment tout à pied !

It was a great place to stay, except noisy because of building work just beside the apartment (temporary)

We found the place very well furnished and clean, very well located and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay very much and will note hesitate to contact you in another occasion.

some net/muslin curtains would provide some privacy when the blind is up.

check in texts and emails very efficient.

We liked to be able to make drinks and snacks just like being at home.

The location was perfect, just a half block off La Rambla. The amount of space and having a small kitchen were wonderful for a longer stay.
