We really enjoyed our stay, especially the fantastic roof terrace - however the owner should invest in some more comfortable furniture out there.

The agency did a good job, friendly and efficient service.
We do think that the flat was a bit too expensive, so for our next stay in Barcelona we will search for something similar, but cheaper.

Perfect location in the middle of La Rambla, with a big nice top roof terrace on 4th floor with a lovely view. Perfect wifi. The street noise was minimal. It was a nice 5 days stay even if it was cold and rainy (14 - 17 degrees). The chair cushions on the terrace need however for a substitution, and we missed a large kitchen knife ;-) We will definitely recommend the apartment.

Barcelona is a great place to visit. It has a geat deal to offer for short or longer stays. As far as the accommodation goes, it is small and I would not recommend it for more than 2 people. But for two, it's just fine. The manager was very pleasant and helpful. The neighborhood was perfect for us.

We were satisfied with the agency and I would work with you again.

Centrally located right in the middle of La Rambla, with an amazing private terrace over looking it. We stayed for two weeks quite comfortably (we are a couple). Gustavo would leave clean sheets and towels by the apartment door whenever we needed them. WiFi works well, but can be slow at times. I would stay here again.

Excellent location, great to have the roof top terrace - minimal street noise.
Description advises there is a sofa bed - this is NOT correct, The sofa does not fold out, instead they provide a think matress with linen.

Fantastic location right on the Ramblas and very close to Liceu metro.
Roof terrace was a real plus and made the apartment special, as you could sit out in the sun and watch the action down on the Ramblas. No real noise problems either which we thought there might be, given the location, so a pleasant suprise.
Would certainly rent again on our next visit to Barcelona.

The flat was a little bit smaller than it looked on the pictures but very fine and the check-in/out as well as the "umbrella-Service" from Eldad was excellent. One little suggestion for your: maybe you put some flowers on the balancy then it would be perfect.

We enjoyed the balcony and to be able to chatter with friends and a glass of cava until night and enjoy the "sleeping" Rambla and the atmosphere and sunset.

It was the 2nd time that we booked via cocoon but it was both time fine.
