Valentina greeted us and was so welcoming and friendly giving us plenty of information on places to eat out and visit, plus provided maps on how to get around on the Metro. We bought a weeks transport ticket for 30 euros which was a godsend as we just hoped on and off the Metro all over Barcelona ! There are not many tourists around this area which we loved, as it encouraged us to try and speak Catalonian/Spanish and the locals were lovely.
We can't wait to book again ! Thanks Valentina !! xx

This is the first time that we have booked with Cocoon and found the booking process really easy. Their customer service is really good as they reply to any queries quickly and there is no problem contacting somebody if you need to?

We love the fact that most of their apartments are in "real Barcelona" and not in typical tourist spots. We will definitely be booking again !

Nice and cool apartment, very clean and quiet. I recommand it, an excellent choice for Barcelone. Valentina was very nice. Near the transport, near the center, and a lot of supermarkets. And, no tourist in the area. The real life in Barcelone

We had a bit of difficulty finding local restaurants that were good. Perhaps the owner (or Cocoon) could offer suggestions?
At the beginning of our stay the building lift wasn't working and we had to carry heavy suitcases up 6 flights of stairs. Thanks very much to Camilo for helping us with that.
Thanks also to Valentina for getting us a new plug for the kitchen sink. He also offered to get a technician to fix the bathroom extract fan but we decided this could wait until we left. I hope it is fixed now.
The train service between the airport and Clot station is excellent.

Great apartment in local area on a tree lined street. Good location as away from the busy areas but close enough for visiting all the sights. Train from airport takes approx 30 mins and the station (El Clot) is approx a 5 minute walk from the apartment.Local shops and cafe/bars all on the same street just minutes from the front door; everything you need on your doorstop. Loved the roof top terrace and so glad that there was a lift! Great booking service and met by very friendly and helpful Valentina. Would recommend this apartment and hope to return to Barcelona soon.

Really fantastic the Yellow Flat, we’re looking forward to come back soon here. Ideal district rather far from all the touristic places but not too far anyway from the center, with traditional shops, a gorgeous market in the street on Saturday, a pedestrian street, quite quiet …, an amazing view from the both sides specialy for my friend who is a painter, a lovely welcome from Valentina.

Very nice stay and by metro not to far away from all the hot spots. I would book it again at my next visit to Barcelona. Also nice neighbourhood to go out for breakfast or tapas. Good supermarket is down the street.

The apartment itself was fantastic. It was very clean and had everything we could have needed. The only complaints I would have about the apartment itself is that the bed was uncomfortable.

The neighbourhood was ok from the perspective that there were quite a few shops close by to purchase food but lacked good restaurants. It was well located for catching the Metro and the train which was great.

The service was great. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to a friend.

In General, I liked the location because it is a pedestrian street not far away from the Sagrada Familia (1 Stop with the metro). The view is very good and the orientation works very good for having such a very nice terrace.
It is close to supermarkets, banks, bars, and places to eat.

I enjoyed it as it was located out of the city centre which enabled me to see more of Barcelona. I really liked the apartment it had a realy Spanish feel to it and the owner and staff were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Nice apartment in a quieter, residential area of Barcelona, next to some friendly (quiet)bars,a supermarket and some lovely bakers shops for fresh bread/cakes. Only 5 minutes walk away from the nearest tube station (metro) however, and really easy to get around the city by metro. Greeter helpful (if a little late arriving - so don't panic)and deposit returned with no problem. Not an area for wild nightlife, although it is only a few metro stops away if you want it. However, if you want to experience an un-touristy part of Barcelona, with a rooftop terrace and basic, but sufficient, accomomodation - then this apartment is ideal.
