Je recommenderais cet appartement à des amis sans enfants car il est vraiment bruyant. L'isolation phonique avec l'exterieur est inexistante. Autrement emplacement idéal et rapport qualité prix excellent.

The apartment is located close to the old centre and fairly close to the beach. Park is just around the corner, which is convenient when you are on holiday with the kids.
The apartment is really well located, in that respect I would highly recommend this apartment. Simon is a great host, always on time and promptly responding to all our needs (in five minutes he would be at the door for any question we had). Great guy really.

Downside is that there is no washing machine, but we knew that. Rooms looked bigger in the photos and there was some smell coming from the inner courtyard. Windows do not really shelter you from the street noise. Everything else was really, really fine.

Excellent Acceuil ! Appartement très bien situé dans le plus beau quartier de Barcelone. A proximité de tout.
Seule petit bémol, la salle de bain et la rue un peu bruillante. Mais ca en vaut le détour !

Très bel appartement, très bien situé. Situé sur la rue, l'appartement est en effet un peu bruyant, mais le trafic reste limité.

Nous sommes très satisfait de votre agence. Louer un appartement permet de vivre comme de vrais barcelonas. L'emplacement de l'appartement était super. Seuls bémols, le bruit car l'appartement donne sur la rue, la literie (vraiment très dure) et enfin la salle de bain qui n'est pas à la hauteur du reste de l'appartement.

Very nice location. The appartment is all you need for a 3 days stay. Very well located, at walking distance from many interesting places and metro is reasonably close.

Il me semble que c'est plus économique puisqu'on peut se préparer au moins un repas par jour sans compter le petit-déj.
Ca a été aussi l'occasion de préparer des plats à partir d'aliments achetés sur le marché.
Trés satisfaite de mon séjour.
