The location is very good and the exchange of keys and return of security deposit was good. My only suggestions: more towels, dish towels, a bar of soap. Thanks!

The pictures are so well done, that they expect such a high expectation that the apartment compared to pictures is disappointing, even though for what is standard in Barcelona Gotic, it is really more than OK. But the big difference between expectation and what really was found will make me investigate much more into the detail before my next booking.

All in all, still very nice experience, even though I would go for a lighter apartment with windows next time, even at slightly higher cost.

The apartment is in an excellent location! The street next to it has a variety of supermarkets, bars, and amazing restaurants! The furniture and decorations are very nice. The wifi is a bit spotty and tends to cut. Other than that everything was perfect and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Barcelona!

Lots of lights didn't work. Alleyway outside seemed dodgy at first but was fine. Apartment was well maintained in a good central location.

Excellent location and modern/new interior. Appartement fits for only one couple (with kid(s)) but not realy for 2 couple,s because there's lack of privacy and bathroom location (including toilet) is not smart, too small.
Note: the appartement inside is dark without windows, but lots of lights.

Very conveniently located for the port and the Ramblas. The apartment is modern and well equipped but does suffer slightly from a lack of natural light although this is to be expected in the Gothic quarter. There are some great local tapas bars and coffee shops and a small supermarket less than 3mins walk away. Excellent friendly service from cocoon and the owner

It was a great location and very nicely furnished. The only downside is that there is no natural light but we would stay there again.

A lovely apartment in a great location. It was clean, well furnished and modern. When we arrived we found out that the area was a pickpocket "hotspot". Don't let this put you off staying there though, just keep your belongings secure when walking round.

All furniture was wonderful, but beds were a bit cheap and wobbly. They were very comfortable though.

We loved the apartment and will definitely stay there again. It would be lovely to have a TV/DVD downstairs too!
It was great to be able to walk to Las Ramblas in a couple of minutes, and down to the marina, and then you can come home and relax in very nice surroundings.

The location of the apt. was fantastic - the best!! The apt. itself was beautiful, the bed was nice and comfortable, ample storage for our clothes, kitchen was great, large TV, the shower worked well. Overall a great experience!!

Having your own apartment near the city was really great. The service was wonderfully professional and welcoming. It made my stay even more memorable and look forward to booking with you again soon. Renting was great for privacy and having the comforts of home. We made a lot of meals in which was great, and we were still close to everything.
