We very muchenjoyed our stay in Barcelona. The apartment was in a fantastic location for walking to major sites, shopping and eating. Upon arrival, our host gave us an overview of the area and suggested many places to visit. We had accidentally written down the incorrect arrival time and our host was most accommodating by meeting us three hours earlier than planned.

Cocoon Barcelona exceeded our expectations. We arrived earlier than expected on a Sunday afternoon. With the help of Cocoon Barcelona we successfully contacted our host.

We were very happy staying in the apartment. The building and apartment have very good ambience and are well maintained. We liked the high ceilings and tall old style doors and windows, which gave a lot of light. The location was excellent, with El Born right behind to stroll into, and all the other central areas right there too - yet it was fairly calm and quiet on the street below. There is also a well-stocked convenience store just below.

We liked spending time in the apartment as it has plenty of room to move around and has a very nice feel.
My only suggestions are to improve the bathroom, paint it a brighter colour and tile the bath area so that it looks neater, cleaner.
we were quite happy and would rent Ausias Marc again next time we visit Barcelona. Thankyou very much Horacio for making our stay comfortable.

Ideally situated, at 2 mn from Urquinaona tube station. The only negative point would be sound isolation.
Ease of ue of the site and relevancy of pictures.

Our apt was well located, easy walking distance to Catalunya (centre of Barcelona) and shopping. Located on 2nd floor with smallish, quaint elevator. One large bed and two singles were perfect. Large kitchen area. Living-room had large L-shaped couch and was comfortable to enjoy a quiet evening sipping wine.
