Popular neighbourhood where real people live, though walking distance from "the sights". Several good tapas bars nearby. Flat very good for tourist stay.

We really liked the apartment, it was perfect for our family of three. The location was excellent.
We found we could get anywhere on the metro, but enjoyed not always being in the crowd of La Ramblas or Barceloneta. But realized it was an easy walk to Las Ramblas when we did want to go.

The greeter was good and arrange a taxi for us to the airport, but the check out girl was late which caused us to have our taxi wait, cost us extra for the taxi waiting. That was the only complain otherwise great! Would totally recommend it!

Overall the apartment was very pleasing, well managed nd located beside Sant Antoni food market. One suggestion I would have is to provide some English TV channels e.g. Sky News/CNN International given the apartment caters for tourists. This was only a minor issue. I have no complaints with the standard of the accommodation.
The location was very good and well connected to all facilities/public transport etc.
My dealings with the agency were effective and no problems encountered.

Freedom to eat what we wanted and sleep when we chose. Also good to be able to wash and dry our clothes easily. The air conditioning was very refreshing and quiet.
Very pleasant flat representative met us at out accommodation. He was very helpful and cheerful. He allowed us to check out the night before our departure for our convenience.
One small drawback was that in one of the bedrooms, there was the sound of water flowing in the pipes supplying the other flats above us which disturbed our sleep at times.
