The flat was really well appointed, so close to Ciutedella Park and lots of lovely bars and restaurants. Simon, the owner, was lovely and very helpful.

This is the type of place you would prefer to keep a secret- it's so nice! The area is excellent- safe, cosy, hip but also within walking distance of most major sights. Simon, who owns the place, is very friendly and service-oriented and was willing to furnish us with extra towels, toilet paper when needed. He speaks a lot of languages as well. The place itself is pleasant- clean, picturesque, with a terrace. The only thing missing is a holder for the shower head (you have to hold it whilst showering). There's a supermarket close by and Arc de triomfe metro is within walking distance. Tons of nice bars/restaurants in the area as well.

The flat is quite large, and typical of this kind of Barcelona building : grand, but a bit dark inside. The terrace is very nice. Unfortunately, there's sun shining on the terrace only for a few hours in the middle of the day.
The flat is ideally located : VERY quiet in my favourite neighbourhood.
And last but not least : the owner was very nice and very helpful. Bien qu'étant catalan, il parle français sans aucun accent.

Very good location for sight seeing in Barcelona. Apartment is very quiet with agood sized terrace that gets the sun from 10am - 3pm ish. Bed and settee comfortable - has most things you need. Would have liked 2 pillows and some oven gloves!

We enjoyed our stay at Born Style 2- Simon was very friendly easy to deal with. The condo is in the Born district which was great- lots of bars/restaurants and very close to the Gothic quarter and the beach. The accommodation was average- it was great to have Wifi and a washer/dryer. My only complaint would be the shower. The shower head had no suspension point leaving us to hold it up, which is awkward when you need two hands. Otherwise- we were comfortable, safe and had a great time.

Lovely apartment, with a really friendly owner, who was more than happy to help. The decoration was a combination of Catalan with modern twists, and it works so well! We really enjoyed staying there, because it felt really comfortable, kitchen and bathroom facilities were just as stated, with more than you would need for a few days break. The terrace was very large, and peaceful. We enjoyed taking a stroll up to the Rambles, passing some great Tapas restaurants and bars along the way. Would recommend a bar called 32 on Princessa! All in all a great holiday! Barcelona is amazing :)

Cocoon staff were extremely helpful, replying to 'all' my emails, questioning this that and the other! Always happy to help and fast responses too! Thank you for helping me find such a great and easy place to stay.

The owner was very friendly and allowed us to arrive a couple of hours earlier and stay until we had to go to the airport. Furthermore she was very helpful by suggesting us what to see and where to eat... we will definitely rent the apartment again.

Furnishing was a bit more basic than I expected and it could have done with a lick of paint and some decent lighting (it was a bit dingy and a bit cold, but then it was November). But everything we needed was there and it was a good size with a great private terrace. Would be perfect in the summer. And the location was faultless.

The neighbourhood (safe and close to restaurants, bars and shops), the terrace , the quiet especially at night, and also the friendliness of the owner (we were warmly welcomed and we could count on him to call a taxi to bring us to the airport at 4am for our return flight, which was very reassuring)

The apartment is quite big. The bed was excellent. You have to be careful on the street with your valuables, but the security in the apartment is wonderful. There was no phone in the apartment and we did not have a European mobile. This was a problem for us.
The location was so accessible walking to beach, medieval Barcelona, La Rambla. The terrace, had it been warmer, was a real bonus. The owner was a great guy.

The apartment has a great patio. The area is perfect for tourists; there are a lot of museums, great restaurants, bars and clubs. 10 minutes walking to Barceloneta and the beach. There is a parking near to the building.

It is a great feeling to be in the center of the city living like a local person, using the same markets, shops and bars as local people do. In our opinion renting apartment is the best way to accommodate in Barcelona.

Super balance between relax and active holidays.

We are satisfied with the rendered service. All our needs were taken into account.
