Logement grand comme promis, mais sombre (rez de chaussée et sous sol), TRES bruyant et assez humide. Bref, un appartement bien placé dans Barceloneta, impeccable pour une base arrière de fêtards dormant le jour, mais pas idéal pour une famille en visite!

Service impeccable de la part du proprio.

The apartment is perfect for grups, very close to the beach and the nighborhood is perfect. The only problem is the downstairs bathroom wich it wasn't usable for flushing problems, so this was a little problem for a group of 8 people.
Bytheway everything else was good, even the owner who has been gentle and serious.

Being able to stay with a big group in one apartement was great. Absolutely satisfied. Helena, the girl who checked us in and out was GREAT. She was very friendly and helped us out when one of our suitcases didn't arrive. A big compliment to her.

2 grosses poubelles publiques odorantes à proximité
Logement excellent pour groupe, moins pour couple.
Réservation simple et transparante.

Our greeting person diego was very pleasent with vast local knowledge giving us all information and things to watch for upon arrival.
We had a unforseen fault with out padlock and someone was with us in 30mins and sorted. The flat was very well presented fully made up and everything in full working order.

Freedom to come and go as we pleased. There was no interference from the owner. Just gave us the keys explained how everything worked and gave us a number if any problems. That made it feel like it was our place for the weekend but with help if we needed it. It was great.

I have already recommended this accomodation and your website to a number of friends. Thanks very much. Close to the beach, and close enough to the nightlife centres. Chilled out area, supermarket opposite was handy as well.

appartement parfaitement situé, dans le quartier barceloneta. proche de tout. l'entree de l'appart est sur la rue directement. peut paraitre inquitant mais finalement pas : le quartier ne craint pas.

The welcome was very friendly.

Veel keuze en variatie aan appartementen. Dus voor ieder wat wils. De onze lag top op 300 meter van het strand en 500 van de boulevard. Echt super. Ik ben goed geholpen en als ik vragen had kreeg ik snel antwoord.

J'ai aimé le style "night club" en bas. Barcelone est très bien et nous avons eu un bon séjour.
Pour le parking : n'allez pas dans la zone verte mais devant la mer la zone est bleue et il y a souvent de la place, surtout la nuit.

Barceloneta is een authentieke wijk. Dat was erg leuk. Een appartment is fijner dan een hotel, maar dat is voor ieder persoonlijk. Je krijgt wel het idee even inwoner te zijn van zo'n buurt. In de kroeg voetbal kijken, even naar de bakker 's morgens enz. Erg leuk! Service is oké. Ik ben tevreden over het agentschap en zal zeker weer kijken als ik terug ga naar Barcelona.

It is v.near to Barceloneta. Walking distance to the La'quarium, La-rambla, Barceloneta Beach, Port Olympic, Zoo and Metro stop! Zarina, the greeter, was really nice.
