Une seule remarque, la contre partie du la bonne situation de l'appartement, très proche de la Rambla, faisait que c'était un peu bruyant la nuit (fêtards alcoolisés). Par contre, bien que le marché couvert soit tout à côté, cela ne générait pas trop de bruit.

Appartement trés agréable de par sa position à 50m des Ramblas, 100m de la station de métro Liceu, proximité de deux commerces d'alimentation, et à 50m des halles ; les petits déjeuners avec fruits frais, jus de fruits en direct des halles et autres produits locaux.
La place de Catalunya, à moins de 500m permet d'acceder trés rapidement aux différents tours touristiques. Sur un rayon de 1km, beaucoup de centres d'intérêts sont regroupés ce qui est un trés gros avantages.

Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement à côté du marché et de la station de métro Liceu.
Pour nous, la formule était financièrement plus avantageuse que l'hôtel et nous garantissait de plus une totale indépendance et un lieu très agréable où séjourner. Nous nous sommes vraiment senties bien dans cet appartement.

Ideaal startpunt voor bezichtiging van Barcelona. Dichtbij metro Liceu. Dichtbij de Bouqueria-markt waardoor snel heerlijke versproducten gekocht kunnen worden. Keerzijde is dat er veel omngevingsgeluiden zijn; constante roezemoes van koelinstallaties, vroeg herrie van ijzeren rolluiken en bevoorrading van de markt.
Appartement ligt aan smalle steeg waardoor 's nachts elk geluid hard klinkt of weerkaatst wordt.
In- en uitchecken was stipt op tijd en erg vriendelijk.

On disait sur la fiche que c'était WIFI mais le WIFI ne fonctionne pas, mais il y a Internet.
l'accueil de Nathalie (responsable de l'appart) était parfait, on nous a bien aidé.
seul commentaire négatif, le manque de serviette et de linge à vaiselle.
super location, super appart bien situé, le marché Boqueria juste à côté a fait notre bonheur tous les jours, ainsi que les 2 petits restos dans la rue juste à côté.!!

Tout était parfait : situation idéale , calme , à côté ramblas et marché.Excellent accueil avec l'intermédiaire de l'agence : Cathaysa , qui nous a été d'une aide précieuse pour le bon déroulement de notre séjour. Elle a fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme. Suite à cette bonne expérience nous repasserons par COCOON. Idéale pour 4 personnes.
Seul petit bémol : serrures porte immeuble et appartement difficiles d'emploi.
