Très bien mis à part le fait que j'ai été victime d'un pick pocket. Appartement très bien situé et calme. Nous nous y sentions à l'aise.
Pour l'améliorer, il faudrait une autre toilette séparée de la salle de bain. La qualité des deux lits à une personne pourrait être meilleure. Prévoir quelques couteaux qui coupent pour faire la cuisine.

La situation du logement est bonne mais , se garer a Barcelone est une galère, il faudra peut être offrir aux locataires des solutions pour se garer moins cher.

Effectivement les parkings à Barcelone sont chèrs, mais il y a des parkings publique pour €17,- par jour comment le parking de la gare du Nord et le Forum ( plus d´information sûr notre blog)

Lovely to walk pass Sagrada Familia every day. Metro station, small supermarkets and some places for breakfast & dinner are in easy walking distance. Room was just perfect for us (a couple & a child) & everything we needed were there (except tea towels!). Would have been perfect if bed mattress weren't worn out. (sinking in the middle...)

Everything was great. We loved the neighbourhood, the closeness to the sagrada familia. Getting to the centre of the city by taxi was easy (we were 3-4 people, so a taxi was the same price as taking public transportation).

The only thing I would change about the apartment are the mattresses/beds, since these were not very comfortable nor stable (the rest of the furnishings was great). Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay.

Das Appartment ist gut gelegen. Die Avenida de Gaudi hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die vielen Restaurants und Kaffes in der Strasse sind sympatisch, wir haben ausnamslos sehr gut gegessen. Die Menschen waren trotz der vielen Touristen sehr freundlich.

Je conseillerai ce logement car il est très bien situé et calme; par contre je préviendrai que seul le salon est baigné par la lumière naturelle, toutes les autres pièces sont relativement sombres.

Das Appartement ist sehr zu empfehlen. Absolut ruhige aber doch zentrale Lage (U-Bahn Sagrada Familia 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, sehr sauber und es gibt alles was man braucht (gut eingerichtete Küche usw.) Einziges Manko: Klimaanlage ist nur im Wohnzimmer, d.h. nicht in den beiden Schlafzimmer - hier gibt es nur ein Fenster und je einen Ventilator. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis!
