The advertising photos are not completely representative, as the furnishing are now slightly shabbier, however the location is brilliant, and therefore, for the apartment Lovely is great value for money. The manager, Jorge, was really nice and extremely helpful, however he did not speak any English which wasn't a problem but maybe for somebody else. The only problem was that there are very narrow steep stairs with no handrail to the bedroom, which are not suitable for use by everybody. I would disagree with the part of the description that describes the apartment as quiet, there is a members only club two floors below and lots of clubs around the square.

Website pictures of the apartment did not give a realistic image of the apartment, the apartment was a little shabby to be honest. We were expecting better from the pictures. The greeter (Jorge) was very friendly but did not speak english so it was a little difficult to communicate with him. The location of the apartment was really good though.

The chimneys, especially the one for closets/WCs in the restaurant below should be put higher on the roof. It often smells on the upper terrace.

Perfect location, no doubt. Water pressure low in shower, but ok. French fries smell on all roof terrasses from chimneys (restaurants at the placa reial.

Apartment is on the fourth floor with no lift - 98 steps. Fantastic location and appreciated the balcony and terrace.

We liked this apartamento a lot. Everything was nice and clean. There could be more things in the kitchen like salt pepper oil sugar etc. wonderful location and we could store our lugage after check out and before check in.

This apartment was very nice, outstanding location by the "Rambla". A wonderful private roof terrace overlooking Barcelona skyline. Check in and check out was very smooth, and a very friendly caretaker/ovner. We will definitively be back again.

From the website it was not clear from the photos or the description that there were steps down to the living area, steps up to the bedrom and steps in the bedroom to the skylight . I knew it was on the 4th floor with no lift but was not prepared for all the stairs inside ; a bad choice if you have a baby !
