Everything was very well organized, the owner met us at the arranged time and explained everything, gave us tips on where to get groceries, where the metro station is, etc. The apartment was exactly as pictured on the website. It was small, but clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. Certainly enough room for 2 people and the elevator definitely helped (its on 1st floor, but really its 3rd) Location was extremely convenient, Metro station was a block away and you could walk to most tourist places in 15-20 mins.

We had the freedom to eat and do what we wanted when we wanted. As opposed to a hotel. And that is was cheaper to rent the apartment and cook our own food.
The owner was really nice and welcoming. It was really great that he took the time at check-in to show us the sightseeing placed on a map and gave advice on where we could find what.

The neighborhood was very quiet. I'm sure it helps that this apartment is in the rear, and NOT facing the street. I appreciated that. Raimundo, the owner, was extremely helpful, and always available to take care of whatever I needed done with the apartment. He could not have been better!
