Bel appartement, très bien situé (à 20 mètres des Ramblas et à proximité de magasins et supermarchés), très propre, bien agencé, bien équipé (climatisation très agréable en été). Seul petit défaut : le bruit dans la rue la nuit mais c'est inévitable dans un quartier animé comme celui-là.
