Large apartment with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a walk-in closet. Completely renovated building, near the University, Macba and the historical center. Basic decoration but great location for those looking for comfort (air-conditioning, lift, wifi). Good value for money. Have a nice stay in Barcelona´s city center!

Kitchen: missing a clean sponge and drying clothes.
Second bedroom - some side lamps would have been very nice, plus some hooks to hang clothes

Wasn't sure what to do with the rubbish - we left it inside the big bins on the street.

Perfect location close to Metro. Too much noise from outside in front and rear end of apartment effecting one bedroom. Two-double beds of which one was a bit small. Furtniture a bit worn. Good internet connection. Very well equiped kitchen.

You were very flexible with check-in - out.

TV wasn't running - no signal!
But this was not a problem. We were out during the whole day and evening. We enjoyed to be independend, much more place than in a hotelroom

You are more free when u have an apt then hotel room!

Apartment was great size and clean. Kitchen was well supplied but furnishings were a bit worn.
Perfect location and the apartment accomodated five people comfortably.

Very near to Metro & grocery store (for basics). Kitchen teflon pans were scratched too much to be of use. Washer worked fine, but the Dryer never dried. Internet access was fast! Apartment has no "cuteness" factor. A few pictures would go a long way. Be warned that face & hand soap is NOT included, nor are washcloths. Don't leave the key in the lock on the inside if someone leaves the apartment! The door cannot be unlocked! This is different from US locks! Cost us 60 euros for a locksmith!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The area is convenient and safe, though note that both the back and the front of the apartment face very loud streets (particularly the back, where there are numerous lively bars). The agency was punctual and readily available by phone. The apartment was well-appointed with simple furnishings, and clean. The washing machine was a big bonus, but the kitchen could use some dish towels and the lighting was not the best (the last is obviously a small point, but makes a difference if it's raining or dark).
