We particularly appreciated Raimundo's personal welcome, tour of the facilities and recommendations for sights to see, markets to use and best methods of travel from the apt. We also think that the small extras such as a few condiments to use and some foil for wrapping leftovers are a real plus when self-catering is involved.
We have already recommended this accommodation to a friend.

Cocoon was very helpful when we needed to stash our bags until our apt. was ready and helping to direct us with transport to the apt. from the office and train station.

We enjoyed the apartment/neighborhood very much. Everything went very smoothly and Belcanto was a fine accommodation, particularly if most meals are eaten in restaurants as the kitchen is not intended to be used for major cooking. It would be a nice addition if there could be one or two English TV news channels, but we appreciated the wi-fi very much.
In addition, the apartment location in Eixample was excellent: very accessible to everything, but away from all of the crowds.

Raimundo was very helpful and pointed out how to get round all the bet sites, some nice restaurants to go to etc. The apartment is just round the corner from Girona metro station, so really handy location. Felt like a very safe neighbourhood too, which is a must in Barcelona.
