Contact person Jorge was really friendly and easy to reach in case of questions.
I booked the Blue Note however they gave the Four Nine apartment instead due to some reservation mix-ups by the owner of the apartments.
The apartment is spacious and quiet with a nice roof terrace, but very basic with ikea furniture that was quite worn and limited dish ware and towels.
The great location right at the Plaza Real however compensated a lot, we had a nice time in Barcelona!
I recommend this accomodation for:
Group of friends, Families with teenagers
Cocoon Staff
I have contacted the owner to inform him about your remarks and I have asked him to be more meticulous with the cleaning and to check the equipment.
Nevertheless, I'm really happy to know that despite the mentioned points you've had a great stay in Barcelona and liked the apartment and the area!

Would recomment: New TV. DVD. Kitchen basics (salt pepper olive oil...)? one bottle of water in the fridge. elevator:)

The location of this apartment is perfect for a stay in Barcelona. Despite our arrival very late in the evening we were warmly welcomed. Bath and toilet facilities are good, and so are the bedrooms. Nice view to the Plaza Reial from the livingroom.

The downside: There were 78 steps up a narrow staircase - somewhat more than what would normally be expected from a 2'nd floor apartment. Since we travelled with my parents (who are both +70)this became a real problem for us. The music from the Pipa Club two floors below can be a little loud, but luckily we liked the music and didn't have problems sleeping for this reason.

Enjoyed the location!! Very satisfied!!!

An idea can be that when you check in you plan the checkout. We had to wake the housekeeper up in the morning of our leaving, but everything went ok! Alfonso thet i had contact with was a very very nice guy!!! We´ll absolute recomend cocoon!!
